The staff were very friendly and helpful and their smiles always brightened up our day, very professional. The restaurant, which we used for breakfast and also dinner is very classy. The food was outstanding. Try their Bicol express, very delicious! Hired a motorbike on our second day and they have a side parking area with a locked gate, very secure. Good location, 3 min walk to Jolibee and nearby supermarkets.

The kids loved our stay in this hotel. It’s the newest place in Legazpi & they have 2 in-house restaurant (GF) and a bar on the top floor. Front desk staff were all attentive to our needs & went beyond our expectations. They were welcoming & very courteous from wait staff, housekeeping & reception staff. Would highly recommend this place to all balikbayans who plan to spend a week ot two in Albay province.
Areca is a new Hotel in the center of Legazpi City Old Albay district. We booked the suite which is very spacious and has a separate bed room. The room was clean and well equiped with a big bathroom. The restaurant within the hotel had good food. And the coffee shop / bar in the same building is conveniently located for a nightcap. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The best accommodation I found so far in the Philippines. Great atmosphere, close to the centre of Albay, modern rooms and super helpful staff. Additional plus is the fully equipped kitchen if you fancy cooking some dishes.
The hotel is on a cute little street close to the center of Albay. We got a room with a view of the volcano and wanted for nothing.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The Internet was also okay and the room is clean plus you get the best view of the Mayon Volcano.

The staff went above and beyond for my family while we stayed at the hotel. We had a issue with issue with plumbing and they had it fixed very quickly.
