We throughly enjoyed our stay at the The Orchard; the hosts Maggie and Chris were extremely welcoming and the unit itself was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was great and the bonus tour of the orchard was fantastic. We now have an appreciation of avocado growers - and can now identify the different types of avocados we see in the supermarket!!

This was just a lovely place in the country, handy for visiting friends and family in the city and having a break at the same time. Omokoroa within a short driving distance has all the restaurants and shops you could want as well as a lovely beach environment. Wonderful views were everywhere to be had!

It was handy to to other towns eg Te Puna Bethleham and Tauranga yet was so relaxing!! Enjoyed the cafes particularly The Black Sheep for dinner which was very close!!
There are still lots of places to explore next time!!!

The location is fantastic if you want to be in the country...
The location is fantastic if you want to be in the country as it's only about a 20 min drive to Tauranga, the gardens were beautiful and the spa sealed the deal for us.
Kitchen was well appointed and food was quality brands.
Beds were comfortable and the whole place was really clean

A pretty rural house and garden within a working horticulture farm. Accommodation is very comfortable and welcoming. We would highly recommend Three Gables in every way if you wish to be in the country yet not too far from the main centers such as Tauranga and The Mount. We made simple meals easily in the well equipped kitchen from fresh fish bought at the local.
