Everything , it was so welcoming the view was amazing. 3 bedrooms fully equipped home high end appliances a washing machine and clothes line. Stayed here to see Hobbiton. 10 minute drive to town and 10 minute drive to Hobbiton. Kelly was very accommodating. Great internet Highly recommend it was so comfortable for 3 adults
