The pictures don't do the house justice! It's a beautiful home, pretty remote which makes it really peaceful. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and they have a very cute dog and cat.
The room was spacious and squeaky clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is shared between guests and hosts, but it was no issue for us.
A small breakfast with toast, muesli and tea/ coffee is provided.
Set in Balclutha, Helensborough Motor Inn features a garden. The motel also offers free WiFi and free private parking. Certain rooms will provide you with a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave.
