A beautiful lodge near a lovely lake. The accomodation was exceptional. Amazing views, comfortable beds and a superbly styled dining, lounge area (with fireplace) and deck overlooking the lake. The highlight (apart from all this!) was probably the breakfast. A range of fresh fruit and cereals, yoghurt and jams with a cooked breakfast of your choice. All beautifully presented. Leigh and Mike and their gorgeous little poodle were very accomodating hosts. Only a short drive from town, we were thrilled with our choice for exploring the Rotorua area.

A beautiful spacious house with a large garden that could easily accommodate 6 to 7 guests. There were only three of us and we enjoyed the luxury of having this wonderful house to ourselves for 5 days. The facilities were excellent, the WiFi was reliable and the furnishings and lots of wood created an absolutely cozy atmosphere. Despite the location in the middle of the town, it was wonderfully quiet at night. We can only warmly recommend the house.
