The eight-lane highway is quite loud and disturbing both day and night, making it nearly impossible to leave the window open. Actually, the window does not seal perfectly, which also contributes to the loudness at night. As a result, we've been having terrible sleep every night due to the noise from the passing vehicles on the highway.

Great services from Munna property manager and housekeeping services. Room cleaned daily or whenever we wanted, with linen change, toothbrushes and toothpaste replenished. Munna was so helpful in telling us how to get around the city, he was so quick in doing what we requested. For example there was no toaster and we got it in minutes after requesting. He took care of our bags on arrival and to the taxi on departure. Great communication from Munna who constantly checked on us if we were alright. He also helped us book grab to get around and going to the airport. Great food around, transport many modes available. I enjoyed travelling in trains, buses taxis and grab. The city centre is beautiful especially the twin towers. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur or anyone wanting to stay around sunway pyramid or having a function at sunway pyramid exhibition centre.

It is s budget place for those who are coming for short business or training program, because the room affordable, clean,,, have iron, hair dryer, microwave, washing machine.
From Pinnacle accommodation can get easily access to LRT that takes you to desired shopping mall, other stores & restaurants
For coming travelers I advice to bring with you basic amenities, personal cup, plastic slipper ... The rest of need can buy from nearby store.

We wrongly selected a studio instead of a loft for our travel with kids. We were offered to change room but it was all fully booked. Our room doesn't have washing machine, water dispenser or stove but equipped with a kettle, a microvawe and a fridge. The floor is fully tiled without carpet. Despite the room temperature at 29 degree the floor is quite cold.
This studio is in Pinnacle B sharing the same side as Sheraton but not via Sheraton lift. Bit confusing. Last time we rent a service apartment in Pinnacle A, a separate block from Sheraton so it was bit of a mixed up on which security side we should go through. Otherwise much cheaper cf Sheraton Hotel.
New and clean, exceptional great service by hotel team, especially front desk & housekeeping. Restaurant food was tasty, way above expectation, friendly chef. Room small as usual ibis, but sufficient and functional for short stay. Location next to highway, convenient if driving, easy to get around. Ample free parking available. Good stay experience. Recommend for those looking for good budget stay in PJ area.
Very new, modern and spacious rooms. Very helpful reception staff. There was a nice, large infinity pool with views of central Kuala Lumpur (Twin Towers, KL Tower) which was lovely. The pool area gets sun in the morning. The hotel is right next to the MRT station and a large shopping complex (One Utama) with a good range of shops, cafes and eating places. You can reach them via a covered walkway.
I am regular customer for TH Hotel Kelana Jaya. It will always my first choice for every trip I made to Petaling Jaya. I love cozy room, Paradigm Mall just 5 minutes away by car, huge car park so I no need to compete for parking space. Masjid just next to the hotel, I can perform solat and join other activities
Super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was overbooked during my stay so staff offered a solution of giving me twin bedroom yet complimentary with breakfast. But the next day they join the twin and make it to double bed size. Thank you so much for the effort. That night I slept much better.
I love the cleanliness of the room and got mini fridge every room which not always provided in budget hotel. Also they provide iron station on every level so u don't need to worry abt ironless clothes. Easy public parking area, got many shops such as mamak, laundrybar, pharmacy, restaurant.
The food stalls below the hotel are good. Would have been better if breakfast could have been better. But, it is understandable that due to low occupancy or budget, this would not be feasible.

An ok location for petaling jaya. Spacious rooms. Paintings hung around the hotel are nice. The doormen are very polite and always smiling which is a must for hotels. Both of them.
The hotel is amazing, walking distance to a large mall in Umana. The location is a little far away from Kuala Lumpur City Center. Al thought is great value for your money.
