I love going to Pasar Payang to shop for some batik clothes and food too. We ate seafood at somewhere nearby my god dad's village at Kampung Chendering. Getting around at Terengganu was easy as my god brother & god sister brought us around with their car.

It was a very short family holiday. It was a transit stop prior to Redang . We plan to stay longer as it’s been a long time since we last visited Kuala Terengganu . Certainly worth a longer stay - for the beaches and food . Nice friendly people too

We were booking for 1 night stay prior to moving from one local hotel which was a disappointing and unpleasant experience. Our stay was amazing, very comfortable and clean. Great location, the apartment was overlooking beautiful sea view and a walking distance to the KTCC Mall. Very near to the city and close to all the tourist attractions in Kuala Terengganu as well as popular restaurants. Check in and check put was super easy just follow along the guide that was given. Overall a great stay and very lovely home. Keep it up!
We are Bikers group from Johor state at south of Malaysia, we really enjoyed the invorement, expecialy beach😍😍. The area was Very quiet, it's 2 km from Kuala Terengganu. Very easy to get private transport. Hotel room is normal like what we see at beach site chalet. Don't expect to much. Enjoy single movement, the staff was very friendly, and respect, it's culture of Terengganu people's. Planning to visit again with family.
The price charged does not match with the convenience and comfort. Service is slow. Old design furniture. The TV is not clear. Limited car parking space. But kids like pool very much.
And the hotel is being used for covid19 quarantine patients but still open for bookings. Just know about it once register for check in. Impossible to cancel and do another booking somewhere else. Agoda won't do any refund and it's already late.
The location is very strategic, near to KTCC Mall, Drawbridge and lot of eateries nearby. Everything is just by walking distance that you don't need to drive a car to go places.
In my opinion, this hotel is one the best hotels in Kuala Terengganu. With the low price for the room, everything is just perfect and will meet your expectation!

The ambience is great, well-suited nature lovers with trees, mini English garden, pool and pets. The room is beautifully decorated with a balcony. The location is in Kuala Terengganu Golf Resort, near to Jemal Beach and located within the reach of local restaurants. The homemade breakfast was good with ample varieties.
- Easy to find as the hotel is located near the main road. Just opposite KMI Kuala Terengganu Medical Centre.
- The male receptionist has great customer service skills. His greetings and courtesy makes you feel welcomed.

The hotel's location is strategic for tourists. Most of the main attractions in Kuala Terengganu town are within walking distance. In fact, the hotel is located on the opposite side of Istana Maziah and not far from Pasar Payang.
it was bad i was Robbed of my money booking This hotel it was a no Star hotel more of a budget type of motel. Tried talking To the staf and send an e-mail To booking.com regards of the situation of the hotel was not entertain.
location is exactly in the city center, near the convenience store, restaurant and self-service laundry. value for money, just beware to park in the back side of the hotel instead the city hall will summon you
