The hotel is spacious and provided with quite complete facilities e.g. big swimming pools, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym. A good place for short vacation. It's located next to Kijal beach which is clean and my kids likes it alot.
However, the hotel may need upgrading as it's amenities are quite aged.

Beware of booking online through their website though. A colleague of mine did so and the transaction site said the transaction failed. He tried again and again it said it failed. Upon getting to the hotel he was told he had multiple bookings and his credit card had charges. The only point of contact to amend it was a phone number and an email. After calling, they didn't offer to reverse the transaction. They offered to change the date but insisted that the new date be decided on that day itself. After speaking to some of the staff it would appear that this is not an isolated incident but it happens all the time. Terrible service from a company of this size punishing their customers for a Web page of theirs that is faulty.

Good place to visit if you want to visit the livelihood of the locals. Need transport to move around the place. Chukai is the nearest township. If one is looking for good local massage you can go to Tanamera Spa in Chukai town.
The Awana World Kijal golf course requires major upgrading. Poor maintenance of the golf course

The shower knob was hard to twist. Hurt my hand everytime to take a shower. Anyway, I like the welcome chalk board and coffee & biscuits provided. Stated beach front but actually no entrance to the beach..

The host is full of consideration n has a kind hearted. She gave us extra long time for us to check out . The house is big and it's also fully furnished .. My parent love it, it make us feel like home sweet home.. I recommended this homestay to the traveller... You will satisfied😉

The hotel resort was great. Superb scenaries and beaches. Friendly staff and very helpful. Very relaxing environment. Great place for some quiet and peace. Great family outing. No regrets and very enjoyable stay. Have been here many times and yet still favourite beach resort.
Good beach immediately at the hotel. Beach cafe. Beautiful sunsets. Excellent pool facilities for adult and children. Jacuzzis well positioned for a restful afternoon. Plenty of water sports activities. Very helpful and courteous staff. Excellent people at this facility. Airy & vast lobby area attractive to the grandchildren.
Restaurant & cafes in the hotel is okay. There are other outlets located just outside the hotel (just a 2 minute drive).
1) Breakfast is not like the other hotel i went too, but the food was great just did not have so many choices (avoid food waste - positive points!). My family did enjoy the food.
2) All are with SOP- wearing mask at crowded place.
3) All room are facing the beach. It is beautiful!
4) Staff are all friendly and helpful.
5) Will definitely come again.

The hotel itself needs to be refurbished and it looks a bit spooky upon our arrival. Surprisingly the room interior is nice with seaview..Its clean and the bed is so comfy. The Service is good from front desk, Housekeeping and they even offer us to park our Car right in front of the lobby. The housekeeping acts so fast whenever we need any extra towels or drinking water…Thanks all!!
the price stated in booking.com is not include breakfast and i need to add RM35 per pax for breakfast. it would be better if the hotel could include breakfast together with the price, would be easier for me.
Its cheap & near to Resort World Kijal. You get the whole 1-bedroom appartment for yourself. Very near to Resort world if you wanted to enjoy the facilities & visit the private beach
Probably hotel under going upgrading, i find my room very poirly maintained or not maintained at all. Dusty and not 100% clean. Aircon wasn’t cold too.
