Many broken inside room. Water so small. This really out of my expectation.
It is a heaven place for food. From western and italian food down to the street food all is superb. Easy to find a convenient store especially when you stay ampang point area. Take around 15minis by own transport to KL city centre
The location - walking distance to ampang point. Parking is provided for free for guest. Room is ok - i was at 6 floor and it is quiet overlooking the pool.. Breakfast ok too (may need to cover them bec the food is a bit dry. Most prob due to the AC). Anyway, I am satisfied overall. Housekeeping and room service are very good and prompt.
Very friendly staff. Changed the room immediately once I've noticed some electricity issues.

with this kind of price tag, i honestly didnt expect much, but from the moment i checked in, the staf was really friendly, i think he is a nice indonesian guys, deserve a credit for his work ethics. room also bigger as compare to other hotel with this kind of price tag
Surounding area..many restaurants, fast food stall, grocery 24 hrs, psrking no problem, ground floor..muslim restaurant n nearby private hospital. Easy connected to ampang road n MMR HIWAY..to kl city centre, zoo, shopping mall.

The owner is very friendly and easy going. I had to change my arrival time many times but still he is not a bit annoyed haha. Very recommended to all of you searching for a stay in ampang
The room was clean and spacious. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Close to nearby eateries, shops and marts. Ample parking space. Highly recommended to everyone.
