In my room, However no call was ever returned. I won’t be staying here, there has to be more respect for people’s belongings that are left behind. It’s a hotel these type of situations happen, and for them not to return your items is wrong.

We were only there to go shopping for the local leather goods. We did go out for dinner at the Sky Lounge. There is lots of visible poverty that makes it a little unsettling at times. Bicycle commuters use the pedestrian sidewalks instead of incorporating with traffic as they should. Risk your life on the sidewalks.

Leon is a great city to spend at least a full day and probably two to do it justice.. The historic section is really beautiful and the walk to the art history museum is super neat. We were impressed with the city
well I did a reservation for two rooms double beds in both rooms just how it says on the select room so I did go to the hotel come to find out they don’t have double rooms with double beds so four different strangers had to sleep in two beds not very cool not very accommodating family or not
This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at in Mexico. Perhaps it is the design or the ambience but we didn't hear the other guests at all. Nice not having the housekeeping crew making a lot of noise in the morning. The reception staff were all very nice and efficient..
This Hotel is just perfect, the rooms are extremely big, I love the desing of the bathroom and the desing and distribution of the room overall, this room just welcomes you with open arms to get a peaceful rest
The stuff was super friendly and helpful, housekeeping was also super kind. The location was great and safe. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels. 10/10 when I come to Leon I will come here and here only.
The hotel is attractive and conveniently located near the bus station. It also has CNN as one of the cable channel options. They thoughtfully have water available in the lobby to refill your water bottles.
Located in the heart of the leather district, bus station is across the street, staff is kind, convenient store and pharmacy is 2 minutes away from hotel, movie theater is within walking distance.
It was my second time staying here, and just as good as the first. It's the perfect location to visit león for a few days. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable with great wifi.
