I got to experience the full Maldives here at this amazing hotel, very cozy and comfortable room and the staff here is on another level, super friendly and very helpful. They have their own diving and excursion Center. Must try - shark bank excursion, snorkelling with nurse sharks and visit a sand bank and it was such a great adventure. And also if you are a diver, you must go to the shipwreck diving which is 10 mins from the hotel. Loved the whole experience and Gulhi is such a peaceful island

The continental breakfast was ok, but no second cup of coffee or fresh juice, but a very good fruitbowl. No friendly service in the mornings. The manager and the other service personell were very friendly and helpful.

Super friendly, safe, clean, quiet and with plenty of activities to choose from during the day.
Restaurants with different types of cuisines available and the food is really good. And great coffee.
Both beaches are absolutely stunning.
Baby sharks and other marine life are always visible from shore when walking around the island.

A very welcoming island and with such friendly locals. It is a small island which is not that far from Male city or the airport by speedboat. There are some small restaurants and cafes that visitors can have snacks, drinks, tea and coffee. There are also many shops that sell everything visitors might need. Souvenir shops are also there and there are many items that can be bought at good prices. Cultural events are also there depending on the season and the occasions .

It is a unique island, calm, giving you the right image for the local life! It has an amazing white sand beach and places with nice local food and fresh juices!!!
The prices are really cheap!
The energy and the atmosphere of the island is unique!!! Their people are smiley, kind, social and calm!!!

Gulhi island is perfect for tourists on budget.
Gulhi island is perfect for tourists on budget. We didn’t limit ourselves, we went on a couple of boat trips (which cost about 35-70$ per person) and bought whatever we needed (every meal was around 22$-36$), transfers cost around 25-35$ on a speed boat and 2$ on a public transport. All the restaurants, hotels and some shops accept dollars. The only disadvantage of the island, in my opinion, is that especially during low tide, the water in the ocean is knee-deep. Regardless of that the bikini beach is very clean and the corals are beautiful. Also I would suggest bringing fins with you because sometimes the current was really strong and renting them costs 5$.

Nice & cozy small island.
Nice & cozy small island. You can find local & western food over here & they are serving nice coffee over here. Friendly locals is making you feel welcome to the Island. Walking at the beach and swimming in the sea is the 2 common activities over there. Lying on the beach chair & watching sun set is really enjoyable.
The hotel is run by local guys. They go above and beyond to make sure you're enjoying your stay, and they provide a delicious Maldivian breakfast. Gulhi is a pretty small island. There was a lot of construction work going on during my stay. The hotel accommodation is quite simple but offers a short walking distance to the 'bikini beach' where water sports are available for a price. The WIFI works well near the lobby area for those thinking about doing some work in paradise. Thanks for the stay!

The hotel is facing the bikini beach, so you enter the beach by few steps and as a hotel guest you can also use sun beds. The people working there were very friendly and hepful with any of our questions.
Our room was spacious & clean, with chairs to relax outside, in front of the room. There is also a restaurant in place (welcome frink & 2 options of breakfast were included).
Amazing hotel, with even better staff. Rooms are clean, nice and modern. Location is great, only 30min ride with speed boat from airport (hotel can arrange transfer). 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach, with sunbeds and umbrellas provided for hotel guests. Went on a few trips organized with hotel and all of them were priceless experience. Everything you need they will provide.
Hotel staff made our stay here one of the best vacation so far, and we felt like home!

The concept of a guest house itself is great. We got to meet cool people from around the globe. Had awesome conversations and a lot of fun. No chance that would happen in a big hotel.

Loved our stay at Beach Stone. Excellent communication before our stay. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. The room was excellent. Very comfortable, and every morning, we watched the sunrise from our balcony. The highlight was the snorkling trip with Adam. Saw lots of colourful fish, and the best was a swim with a turtle. Would highly recommend Beach Stone and the island of Gulhi.
Hotel was beautiful with cozy rooms, located in a very peaceful spot. Roof top restaurant for breakfast. Super helpful and nice staff. Pick up and drop off to the speedboat. Breakfast was included, daily water supply, kettle and fridge in the room. Everything you need for perfect recharge vacation. Island is very rural. Nice turquoise lagoon. Almost no tourist, this is what I enjoyed the most.
The first reason we chose this hotel was its proximity to the water park. Although the water park was closed, we are completely satisfied with the hotel. Great and friendly staff, clean room, best location, and excellent services. What we liked most was the trip to Fullidhoo which was arranged by the hotel. This was an unforgattable experience.

The hotel is the best on the island, just sand foot on the bikini beach. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. Rooms really clean, great airconditioning. The food was also really nice, especially the grilled fish and tuna steak. Looking forward to be back!

It was a small but comfy bedroom, clean and the hotel has a great location, very close by the bikini beach . Both the manager and the receptionist were attentive and kind . I would definitely go back soon 😀
The main highlight was the breakfast (which was served and ran by another place called Fulhoi restaurant and dining with a lovely waiter, who was very kind).
