Very comfy apartment on the french side of the island (St Martin). The kitchen had a lot of appliances, room was comfortable, and toilet as well, with towels (bath and pool ones). The view from the apartment is quite pretty, and it's a nice sunset :). It has parking inside the condo - which is good because, honestly, I would highly recommend a car when in the island, specially as the apartment is not that close to nice beaches so during the day we were always driving.
The owner was nice when we arrived, we did an early check-in and he was very adaptable when we need to push the meeting with him for some minutes later because of delays in our rental agency.
There are 3 nice restaurants within walking distance that we've been and it was nice to be able to just walk for the dinners (Mezza Luna, Le Cigale, Ma Ti Beach - beach bar inside the condo).

Hot tub was a great shout. Made the most of that in the evenings! Shame about the shower flooding. The tray definitely needs a lip to contain the water. 1min showers were annoying. aside from that, and also at times having no water, our stay was lovely.

we have vacationed in SXM for 18 years-due to the problems of recovery after the hurricane we may need to find another paradise for awhile-recovery has been very slow-it's now almost 3 years after the storm and not much has changed -sadly-the islands only industry is tourism-they need to step up or they will loose visiters!

Adorable modern boutique hotel close to Grand Case and Anse Marcel beach but need car. Amazing freshly baked croissants and freshly squeezed juices. Would highly recommend. We had a gorgeous terrace. Beautiful view from pool and sitting area. Host is fantastic
