The hotel was better than expected as some earlier reviews have been bad/unfair. Location is very good and there is local parking for 4 cars (no extra fee). We stayed for 3 nights and did not have any mosquitos inside the room even if we were on the lower floor. Our room vas very big, clean and the bed was good as well. The common area on the ground floor was nice. Internet was good, also in our room.

The room I stayed in on the ground floor had a wonderful balcony with sun loungers facing the pool and ocean view. The room was close to wooden floors, very clean, a very comfortable bed, and an excellent bathroom. There was a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast surprised me as I was expecting a typical American breakfast, but we had an excellent buffet with a variety of eggs, bacon, cheeses, fruits, etc. The breakfast really exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy parking, and the hotel is located on the best beach in Saint Martin, Bikini Beach in Orient Bay. The location of the hotel is truly privileged, with several good restaurants nearby, a supermarket close by, and many places to have lunch by the sea. The hotel provided excellent chairs and umbrellas.

A lot of properties are still ruined and vacant from the hurricane in 2017. But the properties open are great. Amazing restaurants, cute stores all within a short walk along the main road. Cool and casual beach town.

Make sure to visit Sunset Cafe at least once - the food is absolutely out of this world. Same with the local joints (Lolo’s) down the road! Great beaches, great food, good shopping, and everyone is super friendly. Can’t go wrong.
The studio apartment was well furnished & comfortable with a great view. It was good to have a shaded deck & also the use of sun beds & umbrella on the beach. Location was excellent being right in the centre of Grand Case so easy to walk to restaurants & small supermarkets. Happy Bay was an easy 40 minute walk but well worth it for a lovely, quiet bay. Don't miss the excellent local barbecue cafes at the north end of the main street.
Well equipped and clean apartement. It is located in a quite area and close to Grand Case village, just a 10 minutes walk away. The apartement has a nice balcony which is suitable to relax and enjoy a tropical breeze.
Inside the apartment you'll find everything to make yourself at home, there is a perfect kitchen equippment, set of clean towels, bed sheets, etc.
The apartment is beyond comfortable, well equipped kitchen, comfy bedroom, air con, washing machine, light and open space.
We couldn’t recommend a stay at this apartment more, it was clean, comfortable and had the most kind host who was flexible and welcoming.
Thank you for such a great stay. If we ever are back in Grand Case. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay!!
Wonderful apartment right on the beach in Grand Case. Fabulous views from the balcony, and also from the rear street-facing balcony! The sofa-bed in the lounge was also comfortable (for one person). The kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every day! Hosts were very responsive and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
I can't even describe how much I enjoyed staying here. I really felt safe and surrounded by great people. I was in Hotel Hevea for around 17 nights and I had the time of my life.
It was a super comfortable place to go back to after a long day exploring the island. I really felt at home!
The quaintness of the hotel, I felt safe alone, the room was clean, the mini fridge stocked was helpful, check in was easy. Would of liked the AC on for checking in, as travelling was very hot. But no big deal. Overall, very pleased and I would visit again!.
Central location, modern, extremely clean, matching the description and over passing our expectations. Lots of ‘extras’ included in the package such as beach umbrella and chairs. Few steps to the beach. Fair price related to value- best in Grand Case.
It is a beautiful boutique hotel with really kind staff. Katia helped us with all our questions and accompanied us sometimes for a chat during breakfast. The breakfast is great! We went here for our honeymoon and really loved it.
Pierre is an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. His property is lovely and very clean. In a good spot accessible to all the great restaurants in Grand Case. We would definitely stay there again.
