Very comfy apartment on the french side of the island (St Martin). The kitchen had a lot of appliances, room was comfortable, and toilet as well, with towels (bath and pool ones). The view from the apartment is quite pretty, and it's a nice sunset :). It has parking inside the condo - which is good because, honestly, I would highly recommend a car when in the island, specially as the apartment is not that close to nice beaches so during the day we were always driving. The owner was nice when we arrived, we did an early check-in and he was very adaptable when we need to push the meeting with him for some minutes later because of delays in our rental agency. There are 3 nice restaurants within walking distance that we've been and it was nice to be able to just walk for the dinners (Mezza Luna, Le Cigale, Ma Ti Beach - beach bar inside the condo).

From leading up to booking up until leaving the hotel our host was welcoming, accommodating and helpful. We had a good nights sleep and woke up to a view of the pool. There is a door in the hallway which gives access to the private beach. The apartment had a balcony along with chairs and table, TV, kettle, fridge and cooking facilities. I would definitely book here again.

Hot tub was a great shout. Made the most of that in the evenings! Shame about the shower flooding. The tray definitely needs a lip to contain the water. 1min showers were annoying. aside from that, and also at times having no water, our stay was lovely.
