Located in a calm neighborhood, filled with foreign embassies amongst others, it was the perfect base to explore Colombo but without all the noise and buzz. The rooms have personality, and the beds are super comfortable. On the stay we were offered free voucher to join the morning yoga sessions but we were lazy to go. On the ground floor you have a cafe ideal for breakfast (not included), or lunch as its only open till 5.30. The vibe of the place is really relaxed and calming. We enjoyed our first night in Colombo there that we changed our hotel for last 2 nights to return there.

It's a beautiful house and the location is good. The manager is very friendly and showed us around the home the next morning. The room was very clean and spacious. Nice bathroom and shower. Overall we had an ok stay.

The problem is not so much the accommodation but Booking.com
To cancel a booking and get in contact, I would rate Booking.com as the worst. Your company does not make it easy for your customers to reach out to you for changes or cancellations. Basically your company steals our money. I stayed one night but paid 5 nights. Do you think I could get in touch with you? it was like trying to get water out of a rock.
I will write to the consumer organisation. It misses me off how your company gets rich on the back of others.
