Large pool and beautiful jungle setting. Good pool side areas with lots of shade.
Food at dinner was very tasty and good value.
The management agreed to room upgrade after the room we were given was not good. ( check whether your room has a balcony as the rooms in the 'block' do and those in the main building do not )
Playing pool before dinner
Great AC in the rooms
Good value safari driver arranged by the staff in the hotel ( tip. we paid the driver $40 for the driver, and bought tickets on arrival at the Udawalawe park entrance. you can pick up a local volunteer guide in the car park as you buy your tickets who can talk through the animals and park detail. we then tipped the guide around $10. The total for the 3 hour safari worked about $40 per person)

We had the BEST time at Royal Reach. We really were treated like royalty. The hospitality was amazing, they went above and beyond to give us an amazing and luxurious stay. We were only there for one night but we wish we could've stayed a whole week!!! Every member of staff was so friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool is fantastic. The facilities on site are great, especially the gym which we really enjoyed using. The food was so delicious and so fresh, using organic ingredients grown on site. The attention to detail of everything was amazing and the service was executed perfectly. A special thanks to the general manager Seransighege and the barman Banuka who really went out of their way to look after us and make us feel special. We could not have asked for a more wonderful stay, it really exceeded our expectations. Bohoma Istuti to everyone at the Royal Reach!!

family is extremely friendly and welcoming. they organized some coconuts for us because we like them so much and stood up early to provide us with a packed lunch for the safari. Ganga cooks delicious meals and Niroshin is a safe driver whose taxi services we enjoyed.

Thank you for the most beautiful stay at Nil Diya Mankada Safari Lodge! We truly wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night! From the time of arrival, we felt so welcomed. The facilities, including the pool, garden, and reception area, were well maintained and were warm and inviting. The restaurant offered beautiful food for both breakfast and dinner. And not to mention the wonderful safari we went of in the afternoon where we saw numerous elephants, peacocks, various birds, deer, monitor, and crocodiles. Would highly recommend booking here, don't even hesitate!

We were only passing by for some business matters. But holiday wise nothing really much to see unless you're an agri culture enthusiast. Pretty close to Udawalawa National Park, so it's a good stop over for someone who wants to do Udawalawa Safari.

There is no any other town in Srilanka growing faster than Embilipitiya. About 20 years ago, this was a tiny hamlet and no basic facilities at all. However, it was amazing to see that the town has expanded and had turned into a modern city. Without any hesitation I can say that this is the fastest growing city behind Colombo. There is no hesitation that this is now the biggest city in Ratnapura District. All modern facilities are there and branch of all banks, big insurance companies and large companies are here.
The bathroom that separates the shower area from the toilet! This was the only place where we didn’t have to wipe up the toilet seat after taking a shower in Sri Lanka. The hot shower, cooling a/c, clean bed linens and towels,,things that are standard in the western countries are not always the case in Sri Lanka, so this was really a nice experience. The staff were really nice as well.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Tsuru Villa, the location is incredibly beautiful with an amazing view to wake up to in the morning, the rooms in specific the family room is really spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and kept well. The staff was really helpful and the food was tasty. We also went to udawalawe national park during the stay as it is close by.
We stayed one night to do a Safari in Udawalawe. It was the perfect hotel for that. Walking distance to the Main Bus station.host was very friendly and arranged everything for us. We even got a delicious homemade breakfast to take with us. The service was outstanding! The room was very clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable - I would definitively recommend this place.
A super place where everything is available at a reasonable price. As well as Super quite place within 5 minutes walk from Embilipitiya main bus stand.
Host was awesome.
He oganized the safari. It was absolutely fantastic.
Highly Recommended.
A place where the coolness of the mango shade and the silence of the environment brought wonderful comfort to the mind.
Shaman, the owner of the hotel, is one of the best people I have met in Sri Lanka.
Definitely I will come again.
Another lovely accommodation in Sri Lanka that caught my eye.
I have never met someone as friendly and kind as "Shaman" (host) before.
Definitely recommend this place everyone.
A lovely lodge full of mango trees.
Shaman is the host of a top leval hotel I have never met before in srilanka. He took good care of all our needs.
Everything is perfect.
Super friendly welcome. Perfect spot. Nice Mango trees. Nature sounds and distant local musicians on drums. Feels like in dream. Lots of thigs to do near.
