We had the most beautiful stay here for my husband’s birthday! The staff went above and beyond, giving us a room upgrade to a stunning bungalow that walks straight onto the pool, as well as a cake. The food was fantastic and every detail so lovely. We felt utterly spoilt. The landscape is very unusual with a mix of tea estate and fruit/ spice trees and from the moment we arrived I felt relaxed.

Ended up cancelling on the spot- the host keeps no outside lights on, because he is supposed to be closed and he fears the neighbors finding out that he is quietly accepting guests on booking.com. A very creepy place and a real jerk of a host.

Out door & that place climate are Good feel, and Room is simply nice.
2-night stay at a working plantation. Rooms furnished with the original (?) 1930s furniture. Excellent meals and attentive staff. Good tour of the tea plantation guided by their manager. Good opportunity for a hike to the lake. Nice swimming pool. Overall wonderfully quiet and relaxing.
The staff and the location of this hotel are outstanding! You feel like someone has opened their home to you and you’re treated as one of the family. I have never seen such beautiful views!
