It is located in the heart of Chinatown, surrounded by a lot of good and famous food. Below the hotel there is a supermarket, fruit seller. The king size bed is super huge, bigger than usual bed in Japan.
The public bath & sauna is so clean and nice.

I spent only 2 nights in Nagasaki and wish I'd had more time. It is a big city with much to see and do. Our ferry to the coal island was cancelled do to windy weather and we were called and refunded which was nice. We spend a lot of time at the museum and found it very interesting. We went to the port, where we saw the Queen Elizabeth boarding and had lunch at a nice Chinese restaurant very close on the 5th floor - very popular! There is a street for shopping for souvenirs very close too!
Nagasaki has much more than I saw and wish I can go again!

Nagasaki is a city full of history and charm.
Nagasaki is a city full of history and charm. I love the scenic view of Nagasaki port. People here are very warm and friendly, and it's a city full of nostalgic vibe. Besides that, Nagasaki Prefectural Art Museum has very modern and minimalistic architecture style. I like Champon a lot and have it almost everyday during my stay in Nagasaki.

A beautiful city which has unique history of being exposed to other countries, i.e. China, Netherlands, Portugal / Spain, England while the rest of the country was closed. It is also an important witness and victim of the A-bomb.
Don't forget to enjoy the view from Inasa yama.
Also, it offers various food options - shippoku-ryori can be eaten approximately 4000 per person if it is lunch.
We did not get to go to islands and Shimabara etc this time as well as House tembos....
It is a little hard to access by shinkansen now, but it was worth a visit.

The Night View is one of the best I've ever seen (second only to Hong Kong). We went up on the Rope Way, then discovered there was a Slope Car ascent as well--great for a return trip. The Dejima Wharf was a fantastic place to walk. The food in the restaurants around the city was wonderful. The trolley was fun, too.
Love the view of the city at night. Must book the harbour view room. No need to brave the cold wind during winter. Nice touch for the hotel to place an informative card to indicate what we could see from our room.
Room is spacious though a little dated. The entire hotel has a nostalgic feel. It seems popular as a wedding spot. Kids below 12 stay for free. Just need to pay for breakfast. The hotel provided a small amenity pouch for my kid.
Appreciate the free shuttle service to Nagasaki station. Very punctual.
A faultless hotel. I would give it 11 out of 10 if it was possible. Breakfast was fantastic and had great attention to detail in the presentation of the food. Room was exceptional and the decor had bespoke furnishings The staff were unbelievably helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom had every possible luxury. The hotel was two minutes from the Peace park and 2 minutes from the tram line which could get you anywhere in Nagasaki. The best hotel I have stayed at in many years.
The hotel is located behind the tram station (which is only 2 stops down from Nagasaki JR station). There is also a bus stop right at the door of the hotel. I like how there is a nice cafe at the 1st floor of the hotel, together with a 24h family mart.
I also liked how the TV in the room had a YouTube option (for free!). The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable as well! From our window on level 11, we could see a good night view of our surroundings.
We booked this hotel at the last minute and it completely exceeded our expectations. The room was a good size, very clean and really well equipped, it even had a microwave! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great too. We only stayed one night so didn't have chance to fully explore all the hotel's facilities like the public bath, but if we are ever in Nagasaki again, we would definitely stay here.
As long as you don't mind sharing a room, it was a hotel quality experience at a hostel price. Clean private showers and bathrooms with fresh towels and provided every day, comfy rooms and beds, friendly owner. The location was incredible, very central with lots of public transport options and within about 15 minutes of every major attraction. Amazing value and would stay again if I was ever in Nagasaki.
Very good breakfast for US $17. Great location next to train station and tram. Lots of restaurants and food stores within walking distance surrounding the hotel. Great English speaking concierge who gave us excellent tips on visiting the different tourist locations. Can purchase tram tickets at the concierge. underground parking convenient but tight spaces so need a small car.
I loved the location. The view from the open-air bath is almost as good as from Mount Inasayama. The hotel is about 3 km from Nagasaki Station, but we took a taxi, which was very reasonably priced. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food. Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Nagasaki.
The services from the staffs are impeccable, and the food for the breakfast buffet is delicious. Spending time in public spa is enjoyable and feel relaxed from the busy work. If you wish to travel Nagasaki and lived in this hotel, please be reminded to check the schedule for the buses because the hotel is not located in the town centre of Nagasaki
Staff were superb,
Location was a short walk from Chinatown and close to the Gunkanjima Digital Museum and Pier.
Only a short distance on bus /tram to Nagasaki Station.
The room and hotel exceeded our expectations.
Fantastic value for money. Would have expected to pay far more for the service we got.
The room was clean and comfortable with more space that the average hotel room, very clean and exactly as depicted in the online pictures. The rooftop Sento was wonderful, I used the outside bath at sunset and watched sheet lightning over the hills of Nagasaki before heading out for dinner
Breakfast was good. Location was also good, walking distance from the Nagasaki train station. Easy to use trams to get around Nagasaki and to attractions such as the Atomic Bomb Museum and Clover Gardens. Onsen in the hotel was awesome.
I have stayed in several Fav Hotels across Japan (Kumamoto, Nagasaki, Hiroshima and Kagoshima) and they have all been great. The hotel is beautiful, the room was fantastic, and the staff were great. I will stay with Fav Hotels again.
It was close to Nagasaki station and tram station so it was easy to go sightseeing anywhere. Also night view tour bus station was in front of hotel. I joined the tour and I enjoyed the tour.
Convenient location, right in between Nagasaki train station and the ferry terminal. Breakfast was also exceptional for the price of the stay. Helpful staff, very open to all our questions.
The hotel was close to a street car stop, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed going out on the roof and seeing the city.
Great location, easy tram ride from Nagasaki Station, or bus drive from the airport. The neighborhood is great too. Breakfast is basic but does the job.
