The most: hands down breakfast. It was unreal, so good. Huge selection of Japanese breakfast items, all of them were super delicious. Location was also very convenient for us. The room was perfectly functional for one night, though it could do with redecorating.

Smart new business hotel at a stone throw distance from KEIO station HIGASHI-FUCHU, this place is remarkable for its cleanliness and hospitality. The rooms are well organised with all amenities any traveler might require. Complimentary Breakfast is exceptionally good.

This is a very nice and quaint small city with everything you need. People are friendly here and there are not many tourists as compared to big cities like Shinjuku or Shibuya. Easy to walk around and explore the sights and also plenty of eating options and transport. You can stay here for a couple of days to enjoy the not so busy lifestyle compared to the CBD or major tourist areas
We came here twice because it was so good the first time. Great location with excellent local market/department store shopping and restaurants, but also a short walk to a peaceful park and lake. Hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere despite being in a busy area of town. The breakfast was wonderful and staff couldn't be nicer or more welcoming. There wasn't a lot of floor space in our budget bedroom. However, there was a large room on the 6th floor where we could do floor exercises to make up for the lack of space in the bedroom.
Room was considerably bigger meaning there is space to unpack and pack luggage and get dressed. There was construction at night which was audible, but it wasn’t as disruptive. To be honest, after 2 weeks all over Japan, I got the best sleep in this hotel. The hotel is next to Musashi Sakai which is along the JR Chuo line, and the rapid train stops at this station. Cheap as eateries nearby open till past midnight, and a convenience store.
Walking distance to Train Station.
Thank you very much for the excellent service provided by the hotel. The rooms are neat, beautiful and comfortable, and the staff are professional and courteous.
There are many shopping centers and eateries around within walking distance.
Hotel breakfasts are good too. You can have Japanese or Western.
We have a pleasure and happy stay. Thank you very much.
We enjoyed the good location of the hotel, 2min walk from the Kichijoji station (direct line to Shibuya) and there are a lot of restaurants around. The staff is friendly and can speak English. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The hotel has its own parking lot (paid service) that's very convenient. Not far from the Ghibli Museum and from a very nice park with a zoo and a pond.
It’s near Train and metro station, surrounded by many restaurants and shopping centers. Hotel has a nice breakfast section with plenty of food options and drinks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A very beautiful park with a nice like is right behind the hotel which is five minutes walk.
I liked the location of this hotel, checkin was easy through the automated Kiosk. When our room wasn't in the expected configuration, staff was helpful in finding the right room.
Easy access from the Kichijoji station, lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby.
I loved the convenient location. The breakfast buffet was excellent: fresh fruit, bread, and good coffee. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They went far and beyond to explain things to us. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to future travelers.
The location is right in the heart of the neighborhood, making it very easy to get to. They have a water/soda and Ice machine which guests can use.
The hotel was clean and new and the rooms were convenient. On the bottom floor, there is a very good bakery.
KIchijoji is amazing. It has it's own vibrant personality and offers the respite of the lovely Inokashira Park. At the same time, it is close to all the main sites of Tokyo. Loved it. The hotel is beautiful and offers a great breakfast buffet.
Location was great! Needed to stay because it is close to my university and bus stop and train station are right next to the hotel. Breakfast also had a large range to choose from and the Japanese food was excellent with kind service.
This hotel is conveniently located in the center of Kichijoji, yet quiet inside.
I could guess that the hotel employees were smiling even though they were wearing a mask when I asked for some assistance from them. Great service!
Hotel location is very good and room was big and clean. Breakfast was great quality as well.
But mostly I was touched was the staff, they were super kind and helpful. Definitely this is the one which we want to come back.
Really great location for Kichijoji, staff was really nice/helpful. Rooms and building were clean. Shower/bath were quite spacious. Good proximity to pretty much everything. Not much noise from the street while in hotel.
Check in was very, very easy. The room was clean, the AC worked very well, which is not always the case in hotels in Japan, breakfast was easy to get, and we loved the soba and tempura from Nonowa.
Great location. Lots of awesome restaurants, shopping, a little park. You can take an airporter bus from Haneda to Kichijoji and walk 5 minutes to the hotel. Train station right there as well.
