I was so suprised when we arrived because everything is so fancy. The beds are so comfortable. We had two rooms for 3 people and the view was beautiful. Everything is clean and cosy.

We enjoyed the location although was 10 minutes walking to Shinjuku Train Station. The staff at the reception were very welcomed and a big thank you to Eugene and Alessandro at the concierge for being so helpful with all information and tips.
