Maybe the hotel is nice - I have no idea to judge that because they don't let you stay there because you booked your stay through booking.com you are staying in an annex - an apartment building. You will get your breakfast in the hotel but since you are not staying there you would have to walk through wet snow to get there.

It was located on the mountain, but not too high and close to Vipiteno city. It was easy to access. The family room was huge, it was like a 3 bedroom apartment with a a big and comfortable bathroom. Great view from the windows. The owners were very kind and welcoming.

The owners were very personable and extremely helpful, going above and beyond with their service. It was centrally located and they operated a restaurant where we dined for dinner. The special that day was fresh fish which we all ordered and loved. They had an excellent breakfast in the morning. I only wish we had longer to stay.

The cafes and the pubs in Vipiteno are lively with friendly locals and excellent beers and wines. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with little farms dotted around the alps, castles and the mountains themselves are lovely. Even a stroll in the streets is lovely with the little markets that they have set up.

Beautifully situated big clean room with good bathroom. Nice breskfast. Good dinner with very good value for money, only we did not know that we were supposed to eat three big courses. So a healthy appetite is needed.

Adorable little town.
Adorable little town. We enjoyed the mix of Italian and German culture. The shops were to walk through. We had a great time. Lunch at Biwak, took the skylift to walk around then dinner at a cute little place called Pizzeria Seidner. The food and service were great! Highly recommended!!

We attended the "dumpling" festival in this town - really a treat with 40 different kinds of dumplings. the weather didn't cooperate but we had a find time visiting the local restaurants.
This hotel is well beyond exceptional and this is a judgment from a high standard. Every little detail is though of. The room is stunning, clean and spacious. We didn’t want to leave the hotel as it was so enjoyable and the breakfast is a great selection with beautiful setting.
Although I wish there was aircon as I love cool rooms, it’s not really needed as the room is well regulated even in the summer heat.
Will definitely come back if I come back to Vipiteno/Sterzing.
Nice, good-located hotel in Vipiteno/Sterzing very close to A22 (Brennero) highway and the huge Spar market as well. Quite near to the Rosskopf/Monte Cavallo ski facilities when it's a ski holiday. Vey comfortable, clean room with modern bathroom. Good, Italian breakfast. Recommend. Distance walk to the Torre dei Dodici which is impressive architectural subject in the town.
Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Excellent location right next to the pedestrian zone with secure parking available. Beautiful, spacious apartment. Very clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the excellent coffee machine! It was nice to have a place just to relax unlike the typical hotel room. Hopefully I'll be back for a longer stay in the future.
Excellent facilities. Breakfast very good. Personnel friendly. Public areas are furnished in modern rustic style, very nice. A great hotel for those looking for great facilities, indoor and outdoor, who are willing to cope with the inconveniences below. I would not recommend it to those looking for a good night sleep on a one night stay.

Loved the quiet location overlooking the city, but an easy walk to the center. We appreciated the hotel being dog-friendly. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, with plush duvets. We also loved the food at the restaurant--we had the salad bar and a pizza. Lastly, the sauna/dampbad area was really nice.
The hotel was a very good value for money (we opted for the half board) and the location was excellent (not too far from the highway and yet at the city centre). The meals were very good and the staff mostly extremely kind. The room was very big, had a nice mountain view, and clean.
Great place to stay when traveling to Dolomites. Close to city centre, nice view from the window/balcony, great breakfast. Clean, spacious room. Dog friendly. Free parking (there were no place near hotel so we parked in the underground parking near hotel).

Very pleasant guest house up the hill from Vipiteno. Great view. Good dinner (which was provided even though we hadn't booked) and breakfast. They went out of their way to help me charge my Electric Car overnight on the mains, which was very much appreciated
Food was exceptionally good, pool was great, staff really friendly, rooms nice and clean and a good size. Friendly place for children. Only thing missing was a kettle in the room. We would recommend this hotel and stay again.
Perfect choice for a stay in Sterzing. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean an comfortable and the views are amazing. Also, the hotel has great and tasty options for dinner and breakfast.
I loved everything from the location to food, rooms, restaurant, spa. Everything was amazing. We had our 2 dogs with us and the hotel made sure we were comfortable. Totally loved. We will be coming back 100%

The staff was polite. The room was spacious and silent. We stayed in Vipiteno just one night before heading north, so I can recommend this property for short stays.
Did not acutally stay in this place as ther was a mistake with the booking. But the staff was friendly and found a neighbour hotel for compensation immediately
