Everything was amazing! It was the best decision to spend my birthday in this beautiful hotel. Personnel was very attentive, we got a bottle of Prosecco to the room as a bday present. The view from the room was breathtaking! Breakfasts were very tasty and waiters were very polite and professional. I got a slice of cake with the candle at the breakfast that made my day even more special. The hotel has beautiful garden area and free parking. The train will take you anywhere or take a bus but for sure wander the quaint streets and alleyways. Easy to fall in love with Vico.

Vico Equense is a charming little town with not too many tourists - at least not when we were there in April. The people were generally friendly and could speak english. It is a short 10 minute train trip from Vico Equense to Sorrento and about half an hour to Pompei.

Vico Equense is a small quiet town that is full of friendly and kind locals. Me and my family were so pleased that we picked Vico Equense over Sorrento for our stay. You will like Vico Equense if you like having a morning run up to the hill or down to the beach. We were so lucky that we could join the triennial Good Friday Procession at Vico Equense, it was just an amazing experience. If you like gelato (who doesn't!?), do try the brioche con gelato at Gelateria Gabrielle, it is so nice and you can choose two flavours! For restaurants, we love eating at Ristorante al buco; we went there twice during our one-week stay! Vico Equense is just a beautiful place, it doesn't take you long to get to the busy Sorrento, Pompeii and Naples Central. So yes, for us, just perfect!

Fab port, hire a boat to take you around the coast of Sorrento and Almalfi or take a ferry. It’s a great place and a lot quieter than Sorrento etc.

Vico Equense was the perfect launch point to see other places on the Amalfi Coast. The city itself is small, but has numerous restaurants, a beautiful beach and a lovely viewpoint and likely other attractions that I did not encounter. I chose this destination as I sought an affordable apartment with a kitchen for our stay. I love eating out while traveling, but I also greatly enjoy the food markets and being able to purchase local food and wine and enjoying it with a view - especially at the end of long day of sightseeing. Vico Equense is definitely a walking city. It is also incredibly easy to catch the train and/or bus to get to other sites. I would definitely stay here again.

Vico Equense is a great place to base yourself to take in the local area. The transport links are great and everywhere is just a short ride away.
The town has lots of places to eat and we has a beautiful meal at a great price at Gran Caffè Zerilli
The appartment was clean and convenient, we liked the terras where our daughter could play.
The location is not far from the centre of Vico Equense and near a supermarket and the railwaystation, from which you can reach other places like Pompei and Castellammare di Stabia. Silvana is a great host and gave us useful information to find our way in the area.
Silvana even picked us up at the railwaystation when we arrived and brought us back again when we left, which we highly appreciated!

The views from the room were amazing and it had a great terrace to enjoy the views and some wine. We woke up to views of Vesuvius and Vico Equense every morning. It was extremely close to great dinner options. The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The walk to the train station is about 5 minutes uphill from the station, downhill to it. Short train ride to Sorrento, 30ish minutes to Pompeii, ~1 hour plus to Herculaneum.

We arrived a little after midnight and the man at the reception desk was so welcoming and friendly! He made us feel very welcome at his hotel and also Italy as we came straight from the airport. The rooms were amazing. The seashell decor gave a clean & beautiful feel. And breakfast downstairs in the morning was great! Also the view of the water & Mt Vesuvius across the street was stunning.
First what You see when you doing your first step to this place - how much work and love hosts put in it. Clean, comfortable, with unreal view from terrace, where every morning you have tasty breakfast. We arrived after long journey in Italy, and stopped in different B&B, but this was the BEST! We really be happy to stay longer! Grazie mille! It is more then 10!
Alfonso & his staff were brilliant. We went out of season so local facilities wasn't 100% up and running he arranged staff to take us to train stations and vico. He's a very proud Italian and wants you to see the best of italy ask him to arrange a trip and he's more than happy to do so nothing is to much trouble I'd certainly recommend staying
I loved the location of the room, close to shops, restaurants, and the train station. Also its location in Vico Equense is a great safe and central location from which to visit Naples and Pompeii as well as the beautiful towns of Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi. The room was clean, comfortable, and private and the staff was extremely kind and helpful.
Baldino Oasi Relais is located right across the street from Bikini Beach in Vico Equense. It’s 2 kms from the centre, has private on-site parking, friendly staff, spacious and clean room with great water pressure in the shower. Ocean view room was great. On-site restaurant (2nd floor) and main floor coffee and food area are convenient.
The location is just perfect! In 20minutes you can reach Positano, Amalfi. Also, very near Sorrento.

It is a high-tech beautifully decorated and spacious apartment with gracious owners. Breakfast in the shared kitchen. Roof garden and private parking. Six minutes walk to Vico Equense train station. Near numerous restaurants and great views of Vesuvius over Naples Bay.
Breakfast was good, very good location, shuttle buss to next city. Quite and safe place very near to Positano, Capri and Amalfi. ferry service at the door... free car parking, tenniss square.. all include how to spend very good vocation in Italy!
We LOVED our stay with Axidie. The staff was insanely kind. They went above and beyond for us every day. The beach access was unbeatable and the overall location of the hotel and Vico Equense was an experience we cannot get over.
Free parking, great location / accom alternative to Sorrento - this hotel is 8-10 mins walk to Vico Equense train station / town centre and the train journey to Sorrento is only another 10 mins (cheap tickets as well)
