The staff is very pleasant , we did not make in time to check in to the room.They were waiting for almost an hour, it was already late in the evening. The view is wonderful from the windows and the balcony. Breakfast is very tasty.

The reception staff is very polite and professional. The room is clean, and the breakfast buffet has a lot of options it's not far from the train station, though you are not near the city centre, but Trento is not a big town.
We really enjoyed the generously spacious family room. The whole hotel was spotless clean and all personnel we met very kind and helpful.
Food: had various delicious meals in their pizzeria and breakfast was generous and tasty as well.
We got a great where to go for a short swim and a walk in the forest upon arrival.

We loved the restaurant, the food was amazing and very well priced and we ate there each night and also the breakfasts. Staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us great advice in planning our hikes to the nearby mountains and lakes each day.
