Clean rooms, location with overview from the balcony. Rooms are in clean design, bathroom very practical and clean as new. Everyday cleaning service. Dinners - that's something you don't get in 5* hotels. Very rich breakfast available with all options till the end.
We spend there New Year Eve and dinner was very delicious as well as DJ music and wine, that's you have to take there.

Location is beautiful. The majority of the staff are lovely and very helpful, especially Elena who works at the bar/terrace restaurant. Lovely park local town, fantastic pools, perhaps the best I’ve experienced. Lunch is especially good on the terrace overlooking the main pool, the main restaurant menu is available, this changes each day and the food is delicious. Perhaps the best and coldest draft beer - wonderful! The whole hotel is beautifully appointed and stylish. Free and ample parking available

Really nice looking place, you can feel very comfortable, close to the slope, spacious rooms and helpful staff (for example gave us second linen with no hesitation).

The location is stunning, and the rooms were very comfortable, with a balcony and fabulous view.
The pool is small, but the spa is great and was a nice extra.

The approach of the staff was exceptional. Due to availability we got better room with balcony and lake view. This room is not facing road and was very quiet. Hotel is on excellent place, near mountains and just across road are two lakes, bigger one with nice castle and walking/cycling path. Room with A/C and minifridge. Nice big pool in the gardern. Excellent breakfast (pancakes, home made honey, eggs, bacon, yogurt, different sweet things etc). Good for longer stay, we will return.
We had a room for 3 people, the beds were comfortable. The towels were crystal white clean, very pleasant. The bed linen was crystal white. The hotel is located on the lake and has its own swimming pool and green area to chill. Very tasty pizza restaurant is 3 minutes walk. We didn't have a fridge in the room, but the lady on the reception offered us to use hotel's fridge, was so nice of her. Very comfortable parking under the grapes in shade.
The breakfast is very good, and there are home-made sweets. The rooms are comfortable, and nice. Also the staff is very helpful, and kind. We came from Hungary, and hotel staff spoke to us in Hungarian, as she (Julia) knew Hungarian. Also her home made sweets were very good. And we could easily exchange our room that was too noisy to a more quiet one, so they handled quickly and easily our problems.

The hotel is a great starting point to explore the area, we visited lake Molveno and Riva del garda, Trento and our kids had an climbing adventure at Elias Adventure Park nearby
Across the street is a good restaurant, very accessable for families with small kids and a large playground area
The hotel was in a peaceful location along the main strip of road right next to the river. The staff made sure everything was taken care of - the toilet wasn't working properly in the first room I was given so they switched my room and gave me a free breakfast to make up for it. The breakfast was lovely and worth hanging around for.
Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and did well with English as we speak next to no Italian. Rooms had beautiful views over the gardens grape vines towards the mountains. Breakfast was excellent, they provided gluten free options for my step mother and the coffee was excellent. Would highly reccomend
We liked the location. Especially the outdoor of the hotel. There was a nice pool and nice grounds directly at the lake. There were seats in the shade and all this away from the traffic noise. Breakfast was really good and the staff very friendly.
