The shuttle is excellent. They do not track flight so best to phone when ready.
Breakfast is comprehensive.
But they absolutely refused to give me the room booked with balcony, garden view etc and paid for even when showing them their confirmation paper copy.. Read below

If I am in this area surely will visit.

The people and the service at the Hotel were fantastic. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us. They offered a fantastic airport shuttle service. The hotel is set in a lovely location and offers a good meal. We spent a lovely evening at the Hotel La Perla before flying home the next day. Definitely recommended for anyone who is flying from Malpensa Airport.
The location is perfect close to the Airport with Free Shuttle service. The room are bigger than NH Milano Collection Hotel. The property is completely lush Green as pictured the Breakfast was good, amazing Coffee choice. The staff are friendly and ready to help Thanks for the Service....
I m frequent traveller like once a month I visit different distension and I stayed at the most expensive hotels , this one was really different it’s home away from home , I positive will be back and stay for longer time especially at the summer , amazing place to stay .
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Recently, the hotel's electricity had been cut off due to a storm, but managed to serve a buffet style menu in the evening.
Bed very comfortable and sheets were clean.
