It is a very clean nice apartment well arrange with a record player, radio and CD 0ayer, kitchen and the WC is new. The owner is very helpful and nice. The view is very pretty to the lake and you can even jump for a dip to the lake.the whole town is made up of stones, very pretty. I was there in summer

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

We loved this place. It is ideally for calm stay. Our room with lake view on the 2 floor was big and spacious. Bathroom with the window and balcony). The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was simple, but included in the price of the room. You don't have to go anywhere in the evening, you can take a diner right here. There is a restaurant downstairs. The lake with pontoon-bridge is just 3 min from the hotel. So you can swim. There is a on -site parking space. Highly recommended!
Very comfy hotel, with nice decorations in reception, hallways, etc. Friendly and helpful staff who managed to book us a table in nearby restaurant even so we arrived very late that day.
Fully served breakfast was interesting experience for us, as we are used to buffet-style breakfasts.

A beautiful hotel on the shores of the lake, a few kilometers from Lugano. Great location and interesting architecture of the hotel. Excellent cuisine and drinks. Very reasonable nightly rate and fantastic view from the balcony over the lake!
The location is superb, right on the like with private access. The garden and the restaurant were amazing. The staff were very helpful and polite. Overall, this is the perfect hotel for a weekend get-away.
