Location was great, the house is nice, modern and well equipped. You will need a car to get there, but if you want to visit Sardinia you need a car anyway; beach is not far, a few minutes by car. Plenty of restaurants and shops in Budoni.

The owner/host (Grazia) of this beautiful place to stay! She was so friendly and polite serving us very delicious and extensive breakfast on an amazing terrace with the perfect breakfast view on the hills and Tanaunella. The room was very modern and clean, we felt comfortable at the first moment! Also we got the chance to try her self made liquors consisting of fruits of her garden- so delicious!:)
Definitely recommendable! We will come back for sure to this little paradise:)
