The location of the hotel is perfect if you consider that it is close to the restaurants, shopping streets and the Ferry to return to Palau. The room was very clean, with a nice design and with nice view on the sea. However, we were there in the mid-season (1st week of April) and the air-conditioning was not working; the room being south-oriented and during the day, it was 27 degrees in there! So warm that we had to keep the windows open until late; and since the hotel is exaclty in front of where the ferries unload and load the cars and trucks, including in the niddle of the night, the noise was really a problem. only earlu morning was it possible to close the windows and sleep withut noise from outside. I expect it to be fine when the hotel switches on the AC, but too early for us. All the rest was wonderful, with extremely nice and kind staff.

La Maddalena is such a beautiful island, loved the geology of the island and felt very comfortable in the town. We also spent a day on Isola do Caprera and though this was incredibly beautiful too - such stunning beaches, great walks and remarkable historical sites.

We were there 4 nights.
We were there 4 nights. We ate at the "off the beaten track" restaurants and a couple little pubs. It's easy to get around on foot or by car. Research boat tours before going, I think I would book a small sailboat tour next time as opposed to a large boat. A car is helpful to getting around the Island and visiting different beaches.

Loved it, wish I had more time. If you can hire a car, I'd recommend that so you can get to all the beautiful beaches. Go for a sail tour also! So many options for restaurants. I stayed 2 nights, could have easily stayed 4 min. Lots of music & entertainment. Enjoy!

Beautiful beaches and great atmosphere. A lot of night life and a great corso with restaurants and shops. However, it is a bit too touristy for me which also drives up the prices compared to less known but equally good parts of Sardinia (like Orosei).

We had the top floor Panorma suite with 2 balconies and a sea view. It was well equipped and the kitchenette had everything you need for a short stay. It was all spotlessly clean. The staff were welcoming and spoke excellent English and gave us lots of information. The included breakfast was great, fresh fruit, pastries, cereals , cooked options and fresh coffee served in an outside courtyard.We hired one of the hotels boats for a day to tour the islands and would thoroughly recommend that as a way to access the wonderful small islands and beaches in the area. It is about a 20 minute walk into the town along the coast road for lots of restaurants and bars.
We were not sure upfront if the price is legitimate, but it is! The location with its private beaches is very unique! Furthermore the whole staff was super friendly and also the room furniture has a local touch. The breakfast had various (also not sweet) options which is not usual in Italy and therefore was also very great in combination with the spectacular view from the terrace. Since we were there in low season we always had no struggle finding a nice place on the beach and in the restaurants.
We would definitely come back!
Climatic, comfy and very clean apartment located in a nice part of Maddalena, at the same time close to the port and the local beaches.
We have had a great contact with a landlord, Mr Marco. He was being very helpful in organizing nice evenings in local restaurants serving typical Italian and Sardinian specialites. Mr Marco can also give you great tips concerning trips around Islands and Sardinia generally. It was a pleasure to meet him.

Wonderful situated swimming pool in between two natural rocks with a nice little garden and one elevated spot to overlook the city of La Maddalena and the Sea. City, port and beaches accessible by car. Next beach at the foot of the hill. Very modern interior, nice rooms. Excellent breakfast. The island is worth to be explored for 2-3 days by car with its hidden wonderful beaches and rocky hills on its twin Isle Caprera.
The best choice we made. The apartment is close to everything in La Maddalena, the port, the restaurants and the bakeries, etc. It's equipped with more than you can imagine and while being small, it's super comfortable and it offers just enough space for a pleasant stay. Our host was very friendly and caring, we felt welcomed even before we actually checked in. Do not hesitate if you' re thinking about booking it.
I had a long stay but it allowed me to meet La Maddalena. The conditions found at the Hotel were totally satisfactory. Friendly staff, breakfast served on request but with a lot of patience by the staff, safe sanitation, daily cleaning. This was by far our favorite stay in Sardinia! The property is located right at the main street of the town, which makes it super convenient. Our studio had an amazing sea view with balcony facing the shopping street. The room was very clean, modern and has all facilities that you'd need. We loved the bathroom with the changing lights!

Doriana was extremely helpful with all our trip planning from arrival pickup to helping with a last minute car rental for sightseeing. The best was our day trip boating around the archipelago with our wonderful captain Enzo. That is a must! Breakfast out on the patio was so delightful and was included in our room rate.
