The location is great, central but particularly quiet and in the countryside, the very spacious apartment is well equipped, clean and completely renovated. It's wonderful to crouch down to sleep on. The large lockable garage and the large, cozy terrace are great. The landlords made a real effort and were always available by phone to answer any questions - we would be happy to do so again.

The owner is gracious and very accommodating to our needs way beyond basic expectations. Rooms are clean, spacious and in the place is in a great location.
The purpose of our trip was to visit Ferrari museums in Modena and Maranello, and for sure we wanted to combine it with some relax.
the hotel located in a wonderful place, like in the forest right near the Termes, so we spent a whole day there as well. swimming pools, saunas,..everything is very clean.
The hotel is located a bit far from the city, so to get to any restaurant was a bit challenging . there’s also a parking, so for those who’re traveling by car, it’s a big advantage
Hotel is at great location, few minutes from the city center (by car). It's comfortable and clean, the staff is super polite and friendly and if you need to leave your luggage after check out, there is an option and it's free of charge.
The hotel is in a very quiet location, some distance from Sassuolo if you do not have transport. It would help if the kitchen was open for evening meals. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.
