The location was good - easy walk from the train, and near to lovely views, restaurants, sites. The hotel is elegant and well appointed - be certain to confirm that the room booked is the one that you receive - ours was different and we were a bit disappointed (ex, no kettle, not bathtub). Definitely visit the roof terrace - the service is outstanding - it is quiet and romantic! We would have loved this hotel if they had not called to cancel our second night during the second day - caused a stressful difficulty in locating another hotel and they did not help!

So many LESS tourists than Sorrento, which was right next...
So many LESS tourists than Sorrento, which was right next door. Free beach for swimming, and good choice of restaurants. Close to Sorrento (one stop on the local train), handy for Pompeii - 30 mins. There's lift to the beach and harbour so you don't have to climb 50m of cliffs! Nice park at the top of the cliffs with a cafe to relax in and enjoy the views.

It’s close to Sorrento (in walking distance) but it’s less busy and also has a lot to offer (bars, cafes, beach…).
Also very easy to move around (Naples, Pompei, Positano, Amalfi, Capri…) from there.
Would highly recommend staying there for visiting the area.

I stayed with my friend at this wonderful place with the lemon orchard back in July for 2 days. The house and the orchard are absolutely beautiful, the house if very clean and has all the necessary amenities. The hostess is amazing, super kind, helpful and accessible. I highly recommend this place and intend to return to stay longer.

a bit crowdy and polluted from all the cars and scooters. the mayor should allow only electric scooters and cars. Perhaps, I would loved to have a more reliable city bus schedule and not wait for the bus or not knowing when it comes. The info on the timetable was not accurate.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus was easy to use but didn't come as frequently as would have been more convenient. Pool was awesome with kids. Food okay and room was large and clean but beds and blankets were not even a little comfortable. AC was amazing though and very cold!! Hotel was pretty but rooms outdated. Overall we enjoyed our long stay but would like something closer to downtown next time so we don't have to wait so long for the shuttle.

I booked the room on the same day, one hour before getting to hotel. The staff was super friendly and i got the room on the spot.
The hotel premises are very well looked after, everywhere I worked was clean and tidy.
The room itself was great. Huge room, well ventilated, clean and cozy beds.
Overall an excellent stay and if I'm going back to Sorrento anytime soon, will stay with them again.
Fantastic hotel, great and friendly staff and hospitality, delicious breakfast, close to the nearest beach (450m), spacious room with big bathroom and balcony, very comfy bed and memory foam pillows, safe and fridge in the room, bus stop 3min walk away taking you to the Sorrento city centre where you can get a bus or a ferry to Capri Island or Amalfi Cost.

Mariano!!! come find him and stay at his place! This is not the typical hotel breakfast either!! most delicious food! he squeezes his own oranges for orange juice. He goes out of his way for you!! He drives you into town and picks you up and changed our flat tire on our rental car. He truly is one of a kind. Just come and stay with Mariano you will thank yourself!
Everything was great. The room is modern, clean and with a very nice interior, the hotel grounds are beautiful and well-kept. From the territory of the hotel there are wonderful views of the sea, especially beautiful from the terrace. Had a delicious breakfast. I think I will definitely stay in this place again when I am in Sorrento
great location, lovely room with balcony. tea and coffee making facilities and the room was really clean. it is about a 1 minute (if that) walk from Sant’ Agnello station. that station is 3 minutes from Sorrento station and costs about €2.50 return. there is a lovely restaurant and a bar right under the hotel with lovely staff.

Lovely little hotel in a really nice location. Locally there is a public beach, restaurants, supermarket and cafes. Prices here far more reasonable than in Sorrento town. Sorrento is literally 2 minutes by train or a nice 20 minute walk. Staff at hotel all great and very willing to help
We enjoyed our stay very much and had a great time. The hotel and staff was very good and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fine but it required the train (10 minute walk to the station) to get to the downtown Sorrento area.
Everything was perfect! Costanza is the best! She made her 3* B&B a 5* hotel for us. It's a great place to stay if you want more private accommodation, outside the busy centre of Sorrento but only 10 minutes by car/taxi.
