Staying at Palazzo Manzoni after a long day on the road was a really special experience.. this place is very nice decorated and gives one really the feeling of staying at an old palazzo.. unfortunately the restaurant that evening was closed but my landlady offered me a perfect cold dinner with salami, cheese and a great domestic wine of the house.. the breakfast next morning was just a continuation of the quality and friendliness of the evening before.. definitely a place to come back the next time I will travel in the area.. Nadine has been an excellent host: she relentlessly took care of every single detail and made us feel at home starting from the moment we arrived. The room was incredibly clean, comfortable and decorated with lovely attention. We brought our dog with us and it was very comfortable. Nadine has been extremely kind, welcoming and lovely, always ready to help with anything we needed. Not to mention the amazing cakes (homemade) and pastries for breakfast: always delicious, including a wide array of choices and accompanied by Nadine’s smile! No one of us wanted to go back home!
