On the last day we had to leave very early in the morning and they made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast set up in our room the night before.

This was the best hotel I stayed in for reasonable money during my 2 weeks vacation in Italy.
First of all there was a free on-site parking even for electric cars what’s very convenient compare to many other hotels in Italy. The room was spacious and very clean with comfortable mattress. Everything inside feels newly renovated. Staff on reception was very friendly and helpful. Usually breakfast in Italian hotels in that price rang either unavailable or limited by a cup of coffee with croissant, cake or pizza. But not in this case. Breakfast in B&B was excellent! Scrambled eggs with sausages, salami and tomatoes, milk, variety of fruits, nuts, cereals, yogurts, juices and snacks. Coffee machine for espresso, cappuccino and more. Considering everything listed above and price for staying in B&B hotel I highly recommend everyone to come over there. I’ll definitely come back when I’m next time in Bologna!

We are refugees from Ukraine. We decided to stay here to rest one night by the way because this hotel provides free accommodation for Ukrainian refugees. Very friendly and polite owners of the villa.
We arrived late in the evening, we were met and helped to accommodate by owners. The owner Marinella ordered pizza for us so that we would not go anywhere late for dinner.
In the morning the she served for us tasty breakfast.
The owners have a big kind dog and two cats.

Very clean, pleasant, nice and quiet hotel in the countryside. How to say the owner of this hitel: “In the middle of nothing))” Recommended for guests who want to spend a couple of days in complete silence in nature. The hosts are very hospitable, they will always help if there are any requests and questions!
