The view from the apartment was stunning, the road is very busy and there is no footpath. There were not many restaurants in walking distance. We found a lovely old wine bar that also served food , however the food is microwave ready meal. It didn’t spoil our stay

Excellent lake-side position not far from Lenno, which has a couple of well-stocked supermarkets and several nice restaurants. All the most interesting middle-lake villages and visitor attractions are within easy reach. Sala Comacina itself is quite small, quiet and quaint, and Comacina Island is only a short boat ride away.

The hotel is off the beaten track and was very tranquil and relaxing. Our room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were amazing. We ate dinner one night at the hotel and it was very good.
You can go to many of the FAI sites, and Villa Balbianello was our favorite. It is where they filmed scenes from the James Bond Film Casino Royal. The gardens are spectacular and the last villa tour I believe is at 4 or 4:30.
The ferry is right at the hotel, and you can buy the tickets on the boat. Pay close attention to the schedule, and ask the hotel for a copy and ask them to tell you how to read it. Also be aware that the times for the boats returning from Bellagio to Sala C, and other sites is limited. The ferries also run like clockwork so be at least 5 minutes early.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Taverna Bleu on Lake Como and can't wait to return.
The only issue we had was there was one group of very loud guests, which of course was not the fault of the hotel.
Location was good being a couple minutes from the bus stop, 10 min. from the ferry, a couple restaurants and a small convenience store(with limited hours), and not a far bus trip to Villa Del Balbianello, Villa Carlotta, and Menaggio. It's also in mid lake with ferry striking distance of Bellagio, Varenna. View is breathtaking and room very spacious for the price. A small beach and swimming dock across the street is a great perk. Host met me at bus stop and very helpful and available.
We love it every minute. Very well located,. And old villa newly transformed in hotel with an amazing taste. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with all the amenities, including an Ipad, sound bar, massage machine and even a set of binoculares. The staff was very professional. Always availble and supportive. A beautiful restaurant with Lake Como views, excellent bar/wine list. Also the food experiente was top! I can go on with more... Will come back for sure,
Our stay at Musa Lago di Como was the best hotel/resort experience we have ever had.
Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and had everything you could ever need or want.
The staff as Musa were incredible, and the attention to detail during our stay was amazing.
We had breakfasts and dinners at Roteo restaurant at Musa, and the food and staff were 10/10.
We will definitely be back in the future. We couldn't fault it.

Everything was amazing , litterally one of the best places I been in Como lake ( I been many times ) nothing compare to hotels , room was big , view was amazing , very very tidy as I am a bit particular with cleanless , but it excseed my expectations. HIghly recomend ! Maybe position is not the best if you want have a walk or I have more bars restourants around but within 10 - 15 min walk you can reach more bussy and cosy places
The view from the room is exceptional. The balcony is a bonus. We can sit there and enjoy the day without going anywhere. It is conveniently located so we can do ferry hopping to all the towns of Lake Bellagio. Sala Comacina the town is not big, but we love the local feel. We love going to the only butcher in town. We love walking on the greenway. Lisa is very courteous and helpful.
Anna & Rinaldo were excellent hosts during our stay. Anna went above and beyond to give us local tips/guidance and ensure we had an amazing time. We loved the location of the accommodation, tucked away in a beautiful private square with close proximity to the Greenway (walking path) and some great local restaurants. Everything but the price -- the staff went above and beyond, providing capable assistance in obtaining bus transportation for a day trip to another lake. The customer service at this beautiful hotel is impressive and the hotel itself is remarkably situated and truly gorgeous.
Every thing in this hotel was wonderful!! We loved the view so much as we didn’t want to leave the room! Very comfortable beds and very clean room with good room facilities with technology in everything . Will definitely comin back
The food and location were phenomenal. This was our honeymoon and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing. We recommend booking a private boat tour and cooking class through the hotel.

The property is absolutely beautiful and the hotel staff are so friendly and accommodating. I cannot speak more highly about the hotel, it has exceeded my expectations beyond belief!
Musa is really well run and the staff is exceptional. The restaurant and bar are great as are the grounds and decor. The ferry just outside the hotel was a pleasant surprise.
