The location was fantastic and close to transport links and the main squares. The room was nice although the décor is dated but still comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom a good size with a nice and powerful shower.
Breakfast was lovely. A nice mix of cereals, pastries, fruits, and yoghurts.

It is the second time that I have stayed in Hotel Iris and I love to stay here! It's well situated and a charming place with a good view of the city. The brothers Amin and Artin are always very helpful and I was very pleased to have the same room as I had the last time. I will definately come back as I feel very much home here :)

The hotel is quite old, but clean and cosy. Air conditioning is efficient (we were here in the middle of summer), beds are big and comfortable. Location is very convenient - good connection to main roads and Perugia, also there is a railway station just behind the hotel (no train noise disturbing).
Tasty breakfast, pleasant staff (unfortunately nobody speaks English).
What's most important - this is the best place for this price, I expected less than I got.
We spent only one night here. Although the hotel is quite dated, everything works just fine. The breakfast in the morning is very rich with croissants, jams, yogurt and many more things. The staff is very nice and welcoming.
It’s very close to Perugia, therefore it is a good and cheap option when wanting to visit this city.
