The view from the balcony was stunning. It's situated outside Assisi, so it's a bit of a distance if you plan to walk, but it's worth it for the view and tranquility. There's also a bus service.

I love St Francis of Assisi so this was wonderful for me. It is also one of my favorite places /towns during my 5 weeks in Italy and Sicily. I actually gave up going to Florence to come here and I'm glad I did .

Everything about this apartment is first class. It is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. There is no shortage of amenities such as cutlery and cooking utensils. It is close to the heart of the city with restaurants only a few minutes walk away. The bus to and from Assisi stops within 100 metres from the apartment.
Francesco and Stefania are the most welcoming hosts offering suggestions for things to do and see, and the homemade biscuits and Easter cake were much appreciated. We wish we could have stayed longer.
The owner was willing to welcome us already at 11 am, which was way before the official check-in time. Our room was big, beds comfortable, bathroom clean. We loved the terrace and free water in the fridge. All sacred sights were close - either on foot or by bus to Assisi centro (top of the hill). Train station is also just around the corner. Simple snacks were available in the room + we got small breakfast for free in a café next to the church. Amazing stay for incredibly low price!!
This place is a great idea for those visiting Assisi! It’s fully renovated, extremely comfortable and clean! We were a group of 7 people and we were all very satisfied with our staying! Can’t help on mentioning Barbara, the host, she is a lovely person, and the recommendations she made were very important during our visit!

The supermarket downstairs is a plus. I will certainly recommend this comfy apartment to anyone who will visit Assisi.
