The place is very clean and well maintained, probably freshly renovated. Also enjoyed the large balcony.
Location is also awesome, just a quick walk away from the centre with shops and cafés.

Really great for a taste of Italy deep end, there's some great food options and awesome landscapes, and the people was really amicable everywhere I went to.
The only thing to have in mind is: bring your own mobility or plan accordingly to the lack of public transportation options when it comes to availability.

Pachino is very useful for location, in short time you are to very very nice beach ( San Lorenzo, Isola delle correnti.. ect..) close to Marzamemi,( nice borgo where have eating) Noto, and less of one hour to Siracusa.
Pachino itself don't offer so much but is strategica located and more cheaper than orher sites
The apartment itself is new and very clean. The owner was very nice and helpful. She used Google translate to tell us about the beach and clay cliffs and she even made us homemade sundried tomatoes and a key chain.
The grass area towards the beach was exceptional with games such as chess and pétanque. There was two hammocks and outdoors showers. Stairs were going straight from the property down to a sandy beach.
The location was fantastic, very close to the sea, nice garden, the facilities around. The owner was amazing, every time we needed something, she came immediately and helped and solved everything. And top of that she was also the warmest person we have ever met. When we left we got from her a nice present - a pickled dried tomatoes (was very delicious) :)
We will definitely be happy to come back here.
Clean and spacious. Convenient parking at the door in the courtyard behind the building. Owner very friendly, gave me some laundry detergent so I could do a load of laundry and not have to buy a whole container just to wash one load. Has a large kitchen. Inexpensive. I walked to the central piazza of Pachino for dinner, took about 15 minutes. Can also go by car to Marzamemi in 10-15 minutes.
A little gem! The location feels remote but still very accessible. Inside was spotless and contained anything you may need for a short stay. The outside area was so beautiful especially at sunrise and sunset. The only downside is that we stayed only for one night. Would definitely return when back in Sicily! Highly recommend!
Such a beautiful well decorated property! And the people that own and work the property are family so I felt cozy and welcomed, I absolutely loved this place! And so close to Marzamemi and also Noto and a few other cities. Also breakfast is very good, Italian style but very filling. also the rooms are big and spacious

We loved the house, super clean and comfortable, probably our best stay in Sicily. Our room had direct access to the garden and the breakfast. Every detail in the decor was very charmibg, the host was very kind and nice! We highly recommend it!
The appartment was renovated and well decorated. It's very close to the main piazza of Pachino (10 minutes on foot). The location is also very good for who wants to explore the surrounding beaches: Vendicari Reserve, Marzamani, etc...
