Everything, the hotel is very good located, very close to the train station, from hotel to Venice by train is like 20 mins total time.
Room was bigger size than normal and it was clean and everyday cleaned up.
Breakfast was good, but could be better, after 3 days you get bored.

The hotel was very nice. The location is great - close to the train station where you can catch a train to Venice and close to the centre of Mestre. The rooms were clean and spacious. A big plus is the availability of parking, but be aware that there is a charge of 8€ per day.
The apartment locates in Oriago Di Mira, which is 15 mins drive from Venice. The owner doesn't provide parking, but we were able to find one in the neighborhood easily.
The room is clean, well equipped. The owner stays in the same property, but the guest part has its complete privacy, we felt just like staying at home. The sumptuous breakfast is prepared by the owner himself, which was a big surprise to us. We really enjoyed the stay there.
