If you are planning to visit Umbria, Italy or just going on vacation, visit Leonardo at Torre Palombarra, it is a real treat! This amazing small get away in the hills of Umbria is an excellent place to relax and explore. We spent five days in Leonardos hospitality, but we could literally have stayed for months. Leonardo and family with staff are the friendliest and most welcoming I have ever met, and are leading examples for future reference. Thank you for our visit!
very friendly. we felt very welcome and enjoyed a wondefrfull evening with delicious home made food. primi piatti was an amazing surprize already and the gnocchi with tomato / eggplant sauce almost knocked us away... but then came the chicken and pork from the oven with rosmarine potatoes!!! needless to tell about the dolce, vino rosso de la casa and the grappa which made us sleep and dream like in heaven. it was a wonderfull evening on our tour to the south of Italy

The property has been beautifully restored, with a lot of attention to detail. The swimming pool is great and literally located 2 meters outside our lovely apartment. Very peaceful and safe for children. The kids had a great time with all the farm animals ( inc puppies and kittens!).
Breakfast is served poolside, with a great view of the hills and Narni.
Definitely highly recommended!
The hotel is very close to the train station and not far from the old town on the top of the hill. Despite its proximity to the railways, the room is quiet and you can barely hear the trains passing by.
The restaurant is located on the first floor. The food is affordable and very delicious.
Beautifully restored casale set in gorgeous gardens near to Narni which is a beautiful town. Lovely pool and breakfast on terrace. We also had dinner cooked for us one night which was delicious. A bit of luxury in beautiful surroundings. Thank you.
The house was super close to narni city center and very accessible to restaurants and other attractions nearby.
The house was very cozy and comfortable as it had really good heating, an extremely good toilet and comfortable bed and sofa.
the host was really friendly and welcoming. she gave us fresh vegetables and fruits from her garden, we had a wonderful time. It was really easy tot take the train from Narni station into Rome.

Beautiful old hotel. Rooms were mostly comfortable (couldn't figure out how the AC works). Not as close to the upper city as I had hoped. Short walk from the train station though.
