Beautiful place in the countryside. Nice garden and swimming pool. Room was nice and clean, with a prosecco bottle and candies for guests. Nice view over the river. Easy and free parking. Restaurant was also very good. Good breakfast, fresh orange juice and coffee on demand at the bar.
The Red's Redaelli is set in the Brianza Lecchese countryside, 17 km from Lecco and 20 km from Como. This modern, large building features its own gardens and free parking.
We greatly enjoyed staying in this very comfortable and clean hotel. The check in was easy and the owner was very helpful by providing us with a map and where to go, it was great info! The hotel was in a great area as we were close to all the main spots of Lake Como but not in the heart of it which is crowded and over priced. The hotel was excellent value for money, nothing came close to it!
We were travelling by a motorcycle and the hotel met all our basic needs: secure parking, breakfast and a balcony. The location was good for us as we were passing through. It was a refreshment to have an english speaking host. It was a great value for the money. If you are looking for a decent place to stay over night and not get ripped off, this is the place.
We stayed here overnight on the way home - ended up here as all the hotels around Como were either full or ridiculously expensive! The hotel was OK, as was the room. Bit of a delay getting in, but no real problem. Useful for the location at least
