The property is clean, light and renovated. The owner was brilliant, kind, flexible, generous. We had fresh fuits, drink/water in the fridge and kitchen was fully equipped. I'm not a coffee drinker, but there were more types of coffee. He even baked a cake, which my mother really liked. She asked me to ask for the recipe but I forgot(so if you read it please, send it to me,thanks :) I can only reccommend this place. Its about 10min walk from the train station and the see is only few steps away. We enjoyed our short stay and I wouldnt hesitate to book it again.

Great place and both hosts were extremely helpful with travel recommendations for the Sorrento/Amalfi Coast area....very quiet and extremely clean and well kept place with very nice sitting areas....ten minute walk to restaurants and bus stops....room was very nice and plenty big enough for out two beds....highly recommended....anyone that would complain about this property is obviously being vindictive as there was absolutely nothing to complain about, PERIOD....

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. The roof top terrace was just amazing, we could enjoy our morning coffee looking at the mountains and the sea. Still remember this beautiful view. The staff was very kind. Location is amazing, easy to get to Sorrento, Naples by bus or by train. And it is only 10-15 min walk to the beach. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Perfect place if you like to get a more 'local' vibe rather than visiting the tourist areas. Super close to Sorrento by car and the surrounding towns were close too - no longer than 40 mins drive.
The beach was 5 min walk, along with restaurants, bars and cafes which was great.
Hire small cars to get your way around as big cars probably will end up getting scratched.

It is a good location to go to several places, but most of them not walking distance (unless you are living more central in Meta).
You should be an experienced driver to be able to drive in Napoles area, including Meta and Meta neighbourhoods. People have a special way of driving and the roads can be extremely narrow and with a lot of curves.

Meta is an amazing price to just have rest after a long day visiting the amalfi coast and sorrento, located 10 min away from sorrento by train. Cool area calm and provides what you are looking for in a great price without exaggeration.

Meta was a cheaper alternative to staying in Sorrento but there is so much more to see and do in Sorrento. The train is ok, only 3 stops, but it can be over crowded.
If you like a lively atmosphere with plenty to see and do within walking distance stay in Sorrento.
If you want the quiet life stay in Meta. There is a fabulous bakery at the crossroad when heading down to the beach.

Meta is very quiet but cheap. A quick train or bus ride to lively Sorrento. Accommodation was a two minute was to the station. Nice harbour and restaurants but a bit of a climb. No major supermarket around and they all close between 2 and 4pm so don’t get caught out

This place is quite isolated & accessed by very narrow roads. Apart from a few nearby restaurants there is not much to do near the Hotel. I would recommend this Hotel for short stays of a maximum of 3-4 days with lots of organised tour activities to nearby attractions. Touring the area using a car is not a good option given the really narrow roads, which have many hazzards.
The owner was very kind and helpful, she let us beach towels, inform us of a local free festival other way we would not have known and let us leave our luggages after the check out. The room was clean and pretty and it was connected to a nice garden. Moreover, we chose Meta because we couldn’t afford Sorrento and at the end we were very happy with the choice, not crowded as the other coastal villages and as beautiful, and with good and not pricey food as the others. Meta also counts with a large beach with a familiar atmosphere.
Went in mid march and apartment was a very good price. It's not far from meta train station, the shops or the sea. You can also see the sea from the balcony.
Apartment is on the top floor of a historical building and has two separate bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. There's also free WiFi, shower gel and a washing machine.
We spoke to Maria and Valeria in online communications who were very quick at replying and gave us all the information we needed.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
The views from the hotel were beautiful. The beach onsite was really nice, though a bit crowded. The staff was extremely helpful. The drove us to meet a tour group one day, and then drove us to the train station when we checked out. They were available by text to answer any questions we had and scheduled tours for us. The breakfast was ok, there were tons of delicious pastries and fresh fruit, but would have loved savory options besides the very runny eggs and uncooked bacon on the buffet.
Our host, Salvatore, was very kind, serving fresh and tasty pastries with coffee and fruit salad for breakfast. He also gave useful travelling tips around the area and was very talkative.
The hostel is very close to the train station to Meta, which was a very beautiful and romantic town, and we liked staying here much more than in Naples city.
The room was very well equipped, newly furnished, there are even electric shutters. The bed was very cushy and felt very new.
Martina (the host) was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, and a great location! Martina was verly helpful, if you need inspiration for activaties or places to see in Sorrento / Meta. With any questions, you can message her, and she replies very quickly. Great views, easy access to train station and good local restaurants and shops. Plus there's a great restaurant two doors down called Ninuccio Crocche Gigante, delicious food!
we liked there so much, very beautiful sea view from the window, cozy and comfortable stays. the host are friendly and very helpful. we got fresh lemons from their own garden, impressed. the place is close to the sea and train station, so transportation is convenient. if we go to meta again, we will definitely stay there again. in April, it is still a bit cold in the evenings, and the sea is too cold to swim, so maybe next time will visit there in summer.
Amazing location with wide open view to the Naples golf amd Sorrento; the sunsets are spectacular.

The staff is incredibly helpfull amd very friendly, the breakfast is very good, suitable for all tastes and preferences. The restaurant of the hotel is very good, also the bar.
The free bus to Sorrento should be considered as a plus.
Overall, an enjoyable stay.
We stayed for a week in September. We really liked the apartment and especially the sunny garden in front and the fresh air. The advantage is that there is a barbecue. Dario and Michele helped us with the late transfer from the airport which was very nice. It is a little far from the center in Meta, but there is a service provided if needed. The place is perfect for relaxing and exploring the peninsula.

our flat was so clean, so beautiful. the view is 10 points from 10. I really enjoyed it and it made my vacation so good.
The host is super friendly and helpful with the instructions/check-in and everything, and the Villa is lovely for families with Children. Being in Meta has also the advantages, much more relaxing than Sorrento but at the same time very easy to reach Sorrento, Positano or Almalfi. The Villa has also parking inside, which is a great thing in Italy :)
The hotel was very clean, the staff were all very welcoming and and helpful. The location is amazing, right on the beach and room overlooking the sea and sunsets. Francesca and her team took care of us very nice personally and made our stay a very special experience. Would definitely come back here again and highly recommend hotel Giosue a mare.
Our host was extremely helpful and did everything to make our stay comfortable and good. The apartment was clean, everything you need is there. Fast Wifi, beach 2 minutes away. Definitely recommend! Meta city was just amazing place to be, Sorrento was just 15 minute drive away and so was Napoli and Amalfi coast just 1 hour drive away.
Meta is a stunning little village, we really liked the location, it’s perfect if you would like to explore the surrounding. The apartment is very well located with beautiful view to the beach, close to supermarket, good restaurant, train and bus station. Also the apartment is well equipped and comfortable.
The AC worked well and the staff was very friendly! Highly recommend renting a Vespa to go to Sorrento, not a lot to do in Meta and everything shuts down during the afternoon (Sorrento does not). Close to many food places and markets/laundry (when they are open)
We spent on night in La Meta Perfetta, the check in was very easy to do, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The owner was extremely nice and friendly. We had a car that we left in a safe place for a low fee just two minutes walking from the B&B.
Room was clean and had a nice patio with a table and chairs to sit on. The hotel is in a nice and quiet neighborhood and also conveniently located near public transportation and walking distance to restaurants.
Very friendly and helpful host, big and clean room, we had everything we needed.
Meta is only 6 Minutes from Sorrent, so this location is perfect for you stay near Amalfi.
