Location is great, room is very comfy and large, and breakfast is lovely.

We were arriving at noon expecting just to drop our bags but we were allowed to check into our room which was great. The room wasn't huge but was big enough and was really clean. It was quiet as on a side street off the Main Street. The staff booked us dinner at a restaurant and they went out of their way to be helpful. Really great location for the bus and train station and Vaporetto. Plug in mozzie repellant provided.
Nice modern hotel with special maisonette rooms. Welcome of the lady owner was kind. She gave directly a lot of information of attractions and restaurants in the neighborhood. It was no problem to change the room to one with better conditions for handicapted persons. The location in the middle of agricultural land is nice too.

There were no blankets on beds and the thick cover of beds were not clean, we could not turn on TV , no macrowave at room , no boiling water from counter of hotel, very far from Venice, you take bus but very far, no shampoo at bathroom and no sandals for bathroom,
Good points: sheets were clean and they change each day, room was economic and beds were suitable, outside of hotel on the right you can find two nice bar and you can eat breakfast outside there with suitable price and the area around was beautiful

Landlord was very helpful and nice. We could adress all needs and questions. Good information about transport/ways to Venice and nearest beaches(aprox. 45min by car, Sotomarina etc.).
We received 4 bottles of water each day, this deserves an extra plus. As well as we could spontanously check-in 4 hours earlier than announced.
Very comfortable beds and nice view from our room.
Perfect for exploring Venice and surroundings.
Excellent facilities in the mobile home. We had everything we needed there.
Friendly helpful staff and Loki the dog greeting you every morning was lovely. Ladies on reception are really knowledgeable of the area and transport routes.
Delicious food at the on site restaurant and good value for money.
Bus stop right outside the property is also an added bonus.
Personally our time staying had really respectful guests at night as we have small children and it was nice and quiet for them to sleep.
Good spot to visit Venezia, Verona and Garda Lake. Few steps to the boat which take you to Venezia, the other is going to the beach, but I didn't check it. Camping very nice and quite peacefull, hauses very clean and suitable for a few nights. Inside the camping you can find swimming pool, shop, restaurant etc. For me it is not a spot for full holiday, but great as a starting point to visit other places and come back for night.

Fantastic location, a few minutes walk from Villa Foscari la Malcontenta and a short drive to Fusina for the boat to Venice. Hotel clean and comfortable.
