I do not know the position on Italy but booking.com is selling the business outside Italy and including in the UK. To be fair, I did not check that breakfast WAS provided. But given the business name why would I?

We had a very comfortable stay. We booked on the day and our hosts could not have been more accommodating. The accommodation was absolutely spotless. Breakfast was generous and lovely with home baked cake.
