I will definitely stay at this hotel next time. Everything was great. I want to thank all the staff for their attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism. Thanks to Daniela, Lukas and Michele- their hands saved me from back pain. The hotel's swimming pools are equipped with 10 types of water massage, there is a sauna, a room where you can breathe Gemolai salt, a gym, and a relaxation room. The food in the hotel restaurant was always fresh, very tasty and beautiful. The hotel is located near a bus stop, so it was very convenient to go to Padua. The center of Abano, the market (on Wednesdays), the mask museum, Villa Bazzi are within walking distance. This is a great place for rest and recovery. A taxi from the M.Polo airport to the hotel cost 150 euros, but later I found out that you could get to the hotel by a direct bus, tickets for which could be purchased at the airport. Buses are comfortable, convenient and much cheaper. A bus ticket to Padua costs 2.70 euros, and to the station in Montegrotto 1.70 euros. The hotel reception will always tell you where you can buy a ticket for the bus.

Close enough to the main city of Padua for travel including bus's and trains or a short drive, but far enough away that it feels like a local town. Locals were friendly and the streets were clean. A decent amount of shops around including a pharmacy and plenty of restaurants and cafe's and bars. Train station a little out the way if walking but taxi service and bus's provide ease of transport. very affordable as well.

Just the most lovely hotel with amazing staff the local wine at €15.00 was very nice quite refreshing for a prestigious hotel, the rooms were comfortable the swimming pool was a delight and very warm, lots of parking, all in all, we had an amazing time and certainly will return

It's a nice quiet luttle town, great for long strolls in green parks and checking out all kinds of shops (probably not the best place for huge fans of shopping but just great for the average person). But mostly you don't need the town, you either stay in the hotel or go for tours in Venice or Verona.

Very problematic manager, she yelled at me 'your review is worth zero', and that after putting us in a tiny room with no balcony and no airconditioning, at 40 degrees, after having paid the reservation for a big double with balcony and airconditioning. Hotel Smeraldo was a nice experience to us. As mentionned by others, it's not a new hotel anymore, but facilities are many, and it's well situated in quiet areas close to the center of Abano Terme, which is a very nice city to grown up people. The city has many shops, restaurants and nice streets to walk around.
At the hotel, we specially liked the pool area in the garden, the heated waters and cleanliness everywhere.
Also staff was nice, helpfuld and friendly and breakfast simple, but satisfying.

Very good, kind and professional staff. Receptionist and kitchen. Breakfast is fantastic. The best we seen on 20+ places in Italy. Parking near by. Convenient.
Not really sure how hotel due Torri is but they relocated us to another chain of hotels. Grand hotel trieste & Victoria. but if they’re all in the same chain then I’m not sure I would recommend any of the hotels in the area.
The things we mainly liked about the property was the spa area and the breakfast.
We liked absolutely everything- clean, comfortable, location. Very professional and polite staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Next time we’ll come only to this hotel. I recommend this hotel to all my friends.
