Beautiful location of the hotel - it is located on the edge of mountain vallley, between plantations of olive trees. The hotel has a nice pool and very spacious terraces all around the building. The rooms theirselves are actually full apartments - with whole fully functioning kitchens (oven, stovetop, fridge). Apartments have air conditioning. Overall - this hotel would be a perfect option for staying for a 2-3 days of relaxation in a beautiful Italian countryside. the village is nothing spectacular, but it has all the shops you'll need and has a lovely restaurant so you don't have to travel far for dinner. Taormina is very near and this place is a good base for touring the west of Sicily.

Once you get used to the crazy driving style of the Italians...
Once you get used to the crazy driving style of the Italians, driving around the area is OK (as roads are sometimes very narrow). Graniti is well located to go to Alcantara (5 km), the beach (20-30 min), Taormina (30 min) and Etna (1h15 min). Finding supermarket stores that are open at the days and hours we are used to here in Belgium is challenging!
