We stayed there for only one night.The good thing was that there is parking in front of the room, the room was quite big and comfortable. It was about 20 minutes away the Como. The breakfast was very good too

the bed was surprisingly comfortable and it was an easy walk down to the town centre and lake. The parking was fairly close and although open to the public felt safe
Very good value for the price I paid. Clean rooms, friendly staff and quite area. Free safe car parking and location is easy to find. Staff speaking multiple languages and have provided a useful information about the area and attractions around. I will certainly go back again.

A great location for passing through to Switzerland. Plenty of free parking with cctv. The general area around the hotel is run down. Found a good restaurant opposite that serves Mexican food. Room floor was unclean, carpet had a shard of glass. The bathroom was very clean and bed linen was also spotless just the floor was dirty. Safe in room was handy. Reasonable continental breakfast €10
We stopped there on our way to Ancona to catch our boat so we just stayed for a couple of hours. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The road that leads to the hotel from the italian border was closed ( I don't know why) so it took a bit more time than expected to reach the hotel. Other than that everything was perfect! A convenient place for a short stay.
We used the hotel as a overnight location on the drive back across Europe. Hotel was easy to find and great location. Checkin staff were lovely and the process only took a couple of minutes. Rooms were modern and clean. Beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was OK. Range could have been more extensive.

This Is a very good hotel for families it is it is very close to malpensa and give us the opportunity also to go to a visiting call mode the stuff was very nice we spent them only one night very good breakfast and it's a good opportunity for families that stop by and have a place to stay during their driving
The size of the room was bigger than other IBIS I've stayed which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel looks new and the facilities looked very well maintained. Its parking accommodates many vehicles, we never had to worry about not finding parking for our car. The staff was very friendly.
The location is pretty good if you do business in the Como area. It’s quite close to the highway and smaller satellite towns around the city of Como. The check-in experience was really good and the staff are really friendly (especially the ladies that refresh the rooms daily)
I choose IBIS because of the repeatable reliable hotel. All more or less the same. The value is ok despite some disatvantages I can handle. For excample that there is no drinking glas in the room, since years. Sorry to say that this is really poor.
Perfect hotel when travelling further south to Rome from the Netherlands. Good and safe parking lot, easy check-in. Great bathroom and OK bed for a night of sleep. Breakfast meets expectations and keeps you going when traveling further.
This hotel was at IBIS standard.
You get good value for the money.
The only thing to watch is that it is in industrial area, which isn't a secret for those who read the reviews.

Parking had cameras which made us feel very safe about our car as it had all our stuff there. Staff is very friendly, and the hotel very much had everything we needed.
Close to como.quit and nice area with many glossary end supermarkets .wonderful parking .everything was clean.the rooms and all.the staff was useful and professional.
