We stayed at La Ginestra for 1 night, but wished we would have had more time there. The house and garden were beautiful and was it not for the weather we would have used the barbecue outside. The room was clean and the very kind host offered that we could use the fridge to cool for example water (we were going to hike) which we accepted gratefully. Because we had to leave early in the morning, we asked if we could check out earlier and this was no problem. We would certainly recommend a stay at La Ginestra!

Suggestion to English speaking travelers: Please learn some basic Italian language. It is very helpful in communicating and makes your stay and interaction with the local residents much more pleasant. All of the people I have met have been wonderful.
The Ancient Center is very interesting and a must see.
