I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night and absolutely loved it. The hotel has beautiful interiors, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. The most outstanding aspect was the kind and helpful staff; they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this charming hotel to anyone looking for a boutique experience and excellent service.

The hostel was great - really a hidden jem. The owner was very friendly and willing to help. The atmosphere was great - very familiar. It has a great breakfast, beautiful view over the lake como and a few sightseeing attractions near by. Como is about 10-15 min by car away through beautiful streets through the mountains. Price-performance ratio is incredible! 10/10 would recommend!

We enjoyed the stay very much and would definately recommend the stay to other people. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was lovely with a kitchenette and lots of storage space, we had a balcony to sit and have a quiet drink while taking in the beauty of Lake Como.
We ate in several places and had a great speedboat trip to view some of the other villages on the lake, Walking was good, the hills were quite steep, so you do what you can and go back. The higher you go the more you see. Don't miss it.

We we're suppose to have a rental car, but after some bad luck we ended up moving with public transportation with which Faggeto Lario is not impossible, but a bit difficult to reach.
There are not too many restaurants (we counted three) and no grocery store. Views are very beautiful though and the ferry ride from Como was also very beautiful.
This is a beautiful small village where you can enjoy silence and peace.

It's a beautiful spot, placed on several different levels on the hill. On Thursday morning there is a market in Molina (do go there if you want fresh fruit, cheese, meet or other goods); It's small, but really worth seeing!
And there are some great spots to dine or have a luch.

This is a cute little cluster of houses right on the lake. Apart from the hotel and the beach club, there isn't much else, but that is completely enough if you are looking for a cool, relaxed stay. Como is only 20 mins away.

A small village on the eastern bank of the western “leg” of lake Como. Great beach club and nice restaurant and for access to the rest of the lake, it is on the (not very frequent) ferry route around the lake. Lots to do on the lake itself.

Cosy old-fashioned looks and atmosphere, the Como Lake, exploring the area, city of Milano, nice friendly people, specific tasty gastronomy, all that make the city a wonderful destination for friends and family vacations.
We were impressed by an amazing view from the terrace to Como lake! And could feel an Italian atmosphere inside the house: It's cosy and at the same time one can find everything needed for a comfortable living there. Free parking place nearby and a restaurant with tasty national food. Alessandra is a perfect host - she was kind and gave really nice recommendations on the places to visit near the Como lake. If you desire something memorable on a vacation then Faggeto Lario is the place to go!)
Beautiful and cosy hotel with 5-star staff on a fabulous location. Apartment was nicely decorated, fine dining restaurant on side, breakfast and bar great, fantastic pool, private parking and discount on water sports/boat rental. We had an issue with a mattress on our first night which they immediately came to replace. Overal we really appreciated the personable and outstanding service by both reception and restaurant.
The service, staff and hotel was top notch. But a note for everyone traveling in a period of rain/thunderstorms. The location of the hotel is very remote, and there is only 3 roads leading to the hotel. When we visited, 2 roads was closed due by landslides, which ment the only to get there was through the mountains - Which is an additional 1 hour drive to get anywhere.
Hotel is in a quiet location, but easy access to all other places via car. Without a car will be a bit difficult.
In the summer time you can swim from the beach in front of the hotel .
Breakfast was also nice.
Hotel restaurant for dinner was beyond the expectations. great food and great service.

Gianluca went above and beyond as a host! He was very kind and hospitable. Upon checkout we found it difficult booking a taxi so he drove us to the train station for us. He made us a lovely breakfast and dinner and made us feel at home. The guest hotel is located in a beautiful location with a stunning view of the lake.
We liked EVERYTHING! Staff was super-nice, the location is 15m from the lake, the lake view was magnificent at sundown, the dinner and breakfast were tasty and fresh, we parked our bike right in front of the entrance... The hotel is well above its category and deserves at least three stars!

Don’t usefully provide feedback but wanted to say how great our stay was, particularly how helpful the staff were getting our bags from the car park to the hotel etc. Tough at the best of times with two children but they went out of their way.
It is at the top of the mountain with a very authentic look and feel. The town is very quiet and has continuous chirping of birds and the church bell ringing. The food at the hotel is amazing. You would be lucky to have their tiramisu.
the owner is the most gentle, caring and exceptional person in Italy. she even took us personally from the parking to the hotel. The room was perfect, it has more than we actually needed. I cannot be more happy about this experience
