You will be in the heart of the Brianza area, near Monza and Lake Como, at this new 5-star hotel featuring modern design, a fitness room and a wellness centre.
Staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel is a good 13-15 minute walk from the main town and taxis are few and far on weekends. Staff were very helpful trying to secure taxi rides on our behalf. Reasonable breakfast. Fantastic juice machine. Would suggest hiring a car to stay in Erba, otherwise challenging for transport or expensive. The restaurant and food was fabulous.
The place is a truly enchanted well maintained Italian castle. Or as a major achievement. All classy and clean modern rooms mostly with exposed bricks and wood ceilings. Human scale and perfectly proportioned. In and outdoor, all the town name Erba stands for Grass and it is well-preserved. It should be the movie set of a small noble Italian with the idea of showing the northern lakes of Italy.
The hotel is lovely. It's outside of the main attraction areas but that was fine for us. The pool is brand new and wonderful. The staff were lovely and the food great. The rooms are quite small but for the money I think it was fine and its not really a place you stay in the room a lot. Good aircon!
I loved that the property was very private and the electric gates could be closed, providing more security. The property was in a very quiet residential area and the centre of Erba was merely a 20minute walk away. I like walking and every morning of my stay I went for a walk before breakfast.
