Stunning place, absolutely beautiful, with an incredible view of the lake. Loved the animals (yes, they have a zebra as well as a few tiny dogs, timid cats, sheep, birds, and of course the amazing horses.
The room was very spacious and seemed clean, though there was an issue with ants in the bathroom. Good heating and insulation which was well needed since it was really cold outside.
Coffee and tea in the room plus complimentary mineral water were really nice treats.

A small place by the lake, but the shore is more or less private, so you are limited to the part of the shore that is in the camp, The place has many shops, which are more or less empty or already run down, also there is only one restaurant , which is open all day, but there is a lot of traffic. Also, there is a lot of garbage on the street. In general, you get the feeling that they had big plans for tourism, but they did not succeed.

The whole lake area is very beautiful.
The whole lake area is very beautiful. Dormelletto is probably less turistic and attractive but it is very close to Arona, Stressa and also to the east coast of the lake that is as much beautiful as the west coast, which is generally more popular.
The host family (whole family and the cute dog Oliver) warmly welcomed us, we felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The breakfast was rich and organized at any requested time. The garden is big and cosy, kitchen is well equipped.
For enjoying the lake there are two options: Private beach (two sunbeds and umbrella costs 10 euro for guests Ritratto B&B) or public beach (free). Both beaches are just next to the hotel.
They provided us a kayak with two paddles for free, it was a unique plus!
The views to the lake were impressive and awesome. The different animals living there are beautiful and great experiences.
The style and decoration of the Hotel was outstanding. Vintage and rustic style.

The forest are amazing for going for a walk with the dog. You can encounter wild animals in the forest as well.
The whole hotel concept is simply fantastic to enjoy the quietness and relax with the family.
We came to this hotel not expecting much (just a stop next to the highway) and we were delightfully surprised. The spa has a very nice atmosphere (it's 10€/person) , a sauna, a hammam and an ambiant shower. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but had everything you needed. The complimentary breakfast was very good !
Bonus point, the restaurant next door is truly exceptional.

first I didn’t know what to expect because this hotel
costed way less than others, but when we arrived we
we’re surprised by the good facilities.
The room features a new bathroom and a very good
Smart TV. The location around the hotel is good there
are some bars and a supermarket around.
There is free parking on site and they give you towels,
sliders and other bathroom equipment for free.
We are a family of 4 and got two connected rooms.
Breakfast was OK, but there could be a bit wider choice of warm dishes (e.g. eggs, sausages, etc.).
There is a nice pub with their own brewery just a short walk from the hotel.

The room was very comfortable, large and equipped with all you need to have a pleasant stay. It is close to Lago Maggiore however the city in itself is not the most beautiful. But the hotel is a good one.
Amazing staff and gorgeous hotel, props to the wellness zone and the cute rooftop.
We had much fun and enjoyed the stay, will definitely come back next summer.
