Clean home, facilities were perfect, everything was thought of (including baby stuff), good internet, nice rooms, bathtub available, silent environment, close to the town, spacey etc. Very friendly owners as well, they were just the best.

It was our work trip for 4 people so 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was comfortable. There is no breakfast in this place, but there is a kitchen where you can make it, all dishes and utensils are provided. The rooms are heated, so in colder weather the rooms are not cold. The hostess was very helpful, introduced the complicated garbage sorting system. The hostess welcomed us kindly, even after arriving very late.

The lovely wee apartment was beautiful and situated very close to the bank of the lake. There was a dedicated area at the lake to use for swimming and relaxing taking in the stunning views. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There were patios at the front and back to sit out and enjoy the sun or the sunsets. The house was close to a rail link and to a supermarket which was ideal as we had no car of our own. The hosts were very helpful guiding us to the best places to go and see the lake at its best. Providing a help to get to places and even taking us to the station to get our ongoing train at the end of the stay. They helped make the holiday even more enjoyable. Made friends for life. We really liked this hotel/motel. We could park outside our room and move our baggage easily. Reception were extremely helpful, the security on site were very good. Our room was a very good size, well decorated and had everything we needed.
The bathroom was also equipped with all we needed. Breakfast was interesting, you pre booked your choice of food in the evening and the time you wanted breakfast. When you arrived in the Breakfast Room your food was ready for you.
Close by was Lake Maggiore which was really interesting.

my husband and I were stranded at Malpensa airport and needed somewhere to rest for the night, I am 7 months pregnant. The room was just what we needed, a safe, clean place to sleep, and in the morning the manager called us a taxi and offered us some lovely fresh coffee and breakfast pastries while we waited for our taxi.
I liked the clean room and big bed. Prices in the area were very expensive during Milan’s Salon de Mobile, so this hotel was a real gem for us.
You can drive straight in front of the hotel, so easy to carry luggage in.
Minus: hotel was a bit noisy especially mornings, when the cleaning staff walked in the corridor behind the rooms.
The hotel's location is easy to reach and near Lago Maggiore. The rooms are spacious and clean with a parking space in front of your room. Staff is very helpful and ready to accommodate the guests' needs and wishes. Breakfast is abundant with sweet and savoury options.
Excellent budget hotel not far from Arona and the Lake Maggiore (you still need a car to get there). Very clean, relatively large rooms and - despite being close to the Sempione - surprisingly quiet. All in all truly excellent value for the money.
The room was nice and clean, we loved the shower and the king size bed. We liked it that the parking was right out the door of our room.
Regarding the location, there are many fast food and good restaurants near the hotel.
